Great store, excellent customer service, the team there always willing and happy to help out.

Good place to shop all automotive tools & equipments as required! Friendly staff! Also remember not to bring any backpacks while shopping since they are checking when leaving the place! Frustrating

Another Supercheap store but this one is huge and has lots of stock. A really neat and tidy shop. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Gotta love some of the toys!

Great shopping experience. New shop set up really well easy to find items and clean. Staff helpful. Had what I wanted at a good price.

I've had horrible experiences with other franchisees and treated poorly. Ash and her team were really helpful, had no issues whatsoever. Will be returning here for anything needed for my car in future

Easy to get to at the new location (The other site was ok) the staff have knowledge about what's in their store.

One of the register attendents gets five stars for customer service. Her level of service really sets the bar for how you want to be treated when out shopping anywhere, friendly, competent, knowledgeable and attentive. Only reason for the four stars is the layout could be a bit more obvious and out of stock, which admittedly are critical measures to attribute to one store vs the chain but couldn't bring myself to give five stars given the time it took to find what I was looking for then the stock being out, not in the right place and the system's inaccuracy.

There range is ok but I've never really been that impressed with the service, staff can be quite dismissive or preoccupied.

Walked around for 15 minutes lost no one approached me for help which I needed, purchased a new car so I was going to buy a few products.now I'm going to repco.

I got great service and advice when I asked for the best wiper blades I could purchase and had them fitted in quick time while paying for them at the service desk. Only downside is not a lot of parking and it's a little tight with what there is but I parked next door at another business and so it worked out fine. But I still enjoyed my overall experience.

Perhaps one of my favourite Auto stores in Melbourne, staff are always there to help and they stock a wide range of items.

I can't believe the how good the service was. It has been a long time since I have had such a good experience.

Came in with a broken tool. They were happy to swap it over for a new one even though I had lost the receipt. They even gave me the extra bits from the original as spares, as it was going in the bin, and I may as well have some spares.

This is why I have ditched repco from around the corner, as their customer service sucks.

The girls here are very knowledgeable a bit embarrassing for the old blokes like me.
They are only to willing to help out and make sure you get what you need.

The old bloke with the glasses is a rude, not greeting on the way in or out.
Tries too hard to upsell to old vulnerable customers being very forcible.very uncomfortable.
Does not know his stock or products in store.
I asked if they stocked a certain item and he just pointed to the back shelf and said if we do have it will be there if not then we don't have it.
Absolute dip s$*t.

This is the closest Supercheap to my house but I won't be going back after their unhelpful attitude today he doesn't know how to deal customer.

Not bad place for some parts, prices are affordable but there are thing like roof racks lights and stuff you can buy but they don't install like Autobarn and repco.if u can do it yourself then shouldd be fine and good buys

Good customer service but workers don't know as much about cars as they seem to think overall good selection cheap prices just do your own research before you go there don't rely on opinions! 3 stars just for price and products service is friendly but not accurate!
