Great service with a smile. Knowledge of the product I wanted. It would be great to have a map of the store with product locations

Needed to urgently replace a car battery, and SCAuto Knox were very helpful. Battery was replaced quickly and for a great price, and staff were great help and friendly. Highly Recommend

Dropped in to grab a oil filter clamp near closing time and was sorted out quick by the gent inside the shop with his part search from the computer (all it took was the rego!)
Pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm and verve of the staff at such a late hour of the work day.

Visited here for a headlight replacement. Staff were super friendly and provided clear instructions. Did the job quickly.

Staff are friendly, and will drop what they're doing and show you to where your product, and offer advice if needed.

Because this store is located within the Knox O-Zone precinct, it's in a busy little part of the world and it's not as simple as pulling off the Burwood Highway & straight into a carpark. You may have to start doing laps before a space becomes available. Certainly don't rock up here towing a trailer. You'll soon wish you went somewhere else.

Went in on a hot day and staff were rude, unfocused and unwilling to help. I understand it can be miserable when warm but I was flabbergasted at how cold the staff were.

Bought a Century battery there, was as flat as a tag after 2 month. I put my professional charger on it with no indication of any charge going in. Decided to take battery back to Supercheap Knox City where I bought it, had to leave it there o/night on their charger going through the process of cooking the battery with high voltage, and hope the hell the charge will hold
reading of battery was 13.5 V in shop, when I got home it dropped already to 12.5V Warranties don't exist in that shop Supercheap service that's all you get never again.

Far superior to Ringwood! Staff know what they're doing what to get and how to get it

Was here at 3pm Thursday. Lovely guy called stefan helped me out with chosing water for my car. He was gorgeous and looked like james dean. In addition to helping me check my car when I was having trouble, thank you for helping a woman with additional needs. I appreciate how you treat everyone with respect and kindness. I wish you luck and happiness.

Always get great customer service here. Staff are very knowledgeable even if you have an old model car.

The team helped me out quickly, searching for the item that I needed and explaining automotive concepts that I was previously unaware of.

I wish I got the name of the guy who helped me on Sun 31/10/2021. He was so helpfull. He could not give me the answer I needed, but still did all he could to try and find out what it was. He is a great sales person! The other staff member I dealt with was cool as weel, but our interaction was out the front as he was playing COVID marshel, he was very easy to deal with.

I only dropped in to pick up a click and collect order but the staff were helpful and friendly. I'd be more than happy to go back there and have a proper look around their huge store.

Store manager got angry with me and began an argument with me for using a fake surname on my order.

I don't like giving my personal details to strangers let alone stores just so I can purchase some motor oil.

Need something for your car or your workshop this is the best place without a doubt. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Wish it was open at least to 12am. I don't have problems with my car when it is open (Murphy's Law).

They are the COVID police if you don’t sign in your not allowed to enter the store, but you can go to Dan Murphy or Safeway and don’t have to sign in,

Friendly staff who know their products. Parking in that section of Knox is a bit average though.

after 2 weeks I called the shop
They are still not ordered for me because the supplier need a deposit
But the store manager didn't informed me no phone call
I'm so disappointed with this shop
