Best customer service 2 days in a row! I was able to get help straight away both times and advice was offered on best way to do the things I needed.

Amazing customer service! These guys went above and beyond they're job descriptions to help me out. Even gave me a cold bottle of water on the way out, knowing my mate and I were off to fix my mates car in the heat on a 36'c day. Thanks guys!

Fabulous service from all the girls who really know their stuff. Very helpful fitting wiper blades on the spot.

They have everything at hand, but some pricing a little over priced, but you do well if you need what's on special.

15/10/2022 Arrived in store to pick up a New Sony head unit for my vehicle, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Store is very organised compared to other SCA stores. Other stores mentioned I didn’t need any other additional items with my purchase. This store cleaned things up.

I came in for specific item. It was easy to locate. I also picked up a trolley jack on sale. The lady at counter signed me up and explained the features and benefits of being a member.

I was after wipers and the staff member helped me choose correctly and fitted into my car.great service.

Bought a jack from there. Broke after 3 months had jacked up a car with no engine, the back of a Ute and a commodore. Was told no refund or replacement for a jack they recommended. What a joke had to go to the bank to get money back. I spend a lot of money there but no more would rather pay more.

Asked staff who were everywhere, a few questions and was helped with no fuss at all, great place to shop. Got the right advice for oil for my car.

Bought an extendable brush with water flow through, broke under 5 minutes while sweeping my deck, took it back to the store and was told by Erkan that "this brush wouldn't be suitable for those kind of pressures". What cheap junk are they selling!

The old-style customer service is great, young man went out of his way to find all the things I needed and was very informative of how to use them except one item that they didn't have in stock so he called up a nearby store and got it on hold for me.also got me a bargain by signing me up as a member for free.great store with everything you need and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful

This store has a great feel to it as soon as you walk in the door. The variety of products they have in stock is unbelievable and they always seem to have that item you need that is out of stock in the area.

For such a large store, it's been kept spotless. I'm not sure what gives you that feeling whether it's the hand sanitiser at the front door and all the checkouts and service desks, or whether it's the colours used in store with a basic flooring or the fact that there's so much room to move around with really high ceilings but it feels very open and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had no issues picking up my click and collect order after looking around for a little bit.

Been dealing with these guys for quite a few yrs now. Have a trade account with them. Always fantastic service. You can call to chase an order that maybe not in stock, and taking sometime, they will chase it up and call you back asap. No problems with returns also.
