I visited the store to pick up a fuel injector cleaner, but checked online if the product was available in store before I got there. Since I couldn't locate the product, I enquired about it from a staff member (I think her name was Bec) and was told 'if it's not on the shelf we don't have stock'. I then mentioned to her that there appeared to be stock (when I checked online), but was then told 'stocks are not accurate due to theft' (felt she just couldn't be stuffed). I made my way to the front counter and managed to confirm there was 8 or 9 in stock. I went back to the aisle and came across another staff member - Jason (a legend), and he did what is generally expected i.e. Help the customer. Jason checked the stock, and managed to locate a box full of the product, and gave me one. It's a good thing there is Jason to off-set the deficient and poor service provided by others.

Professional service. Went for a touch up paint for my Maserati, the salesperson Rebecca was so helpful and kind.

There were a lot of people in the store, could not find anyone to ask where the item I wanted was. Found it after a wander around. Went to the register there was a queue of at least 10 customers waiting, no one serving after about 5 minutes one person arived to serve, then started talking to someone, so it took ages to get through the check out. Disappointing.

Returned 16th March 2023, store was still busy but feemale staff were working hard to please everyone, was served in reasonably quick time and got what I needed, 2 staff were operating the registers and got through check out quickly. Much better experiance this time.)

Great Store. Staff are helpful and know their stuff. They have a great range of products too. They sell lawn mower blades (who knew that?) at half the price Bunnings sell them for. Good specials and fair prices. Great fitting service as well.

Stood at the counter for 3 full minutes while 3 staff members gossiped about another client (not nice things were said). Finally, they decided to ask me if I needed anything. Then not one of them bothered to come and help me, just wanted to give very basic, unhelpful advice from behind the counter. Then I can back with items to buy and again was ignored for an extended period of time. Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a shop. And one of the 3 had ‘assistant manager’ written on his name tag. What a disgrace

Really appreciated the young store manager coming out to the car park on Sunday help me replace the extremely hard top reach Corolla stop light when I struggled. Old fashioned good service! Thank You!

They advertise fitting of floor mats as four dollars. The ones I bought need trimming. They will only put them on your floor for four dollars not fit them. False advertising if you ask me.

Absolutely saved me with literally the last battery they had in stock for my car. So grateful for Christos for organising a speedy fit of the battery in my car to avoid calling RACV again. Thank you so much for your hard work!

Highly impressed with their customer service skills including liaising with other Supercheap Auto locations. Narre didn't have the part I required - front end staff phoned Carrum Downs (which is closer to home) I arrived 10 minutes before closing and they had the part there waiting for me. I was impressed to say the least!

Shout out to the employee who was on front end at approx 1.30pm in Narre (sorry I didn't get your name) and the employee at the Carrum Downs Supercheap front end at closing time for making this possible and a smooth transaction. A+

Got in there on closing time grabbed what I needed and was asking what’s the rush, I said “your about to close “ reply “ was as long your here we’ll stay open “

I needed to buy a new headlight bulb and was helped by a young girl called Maya who not only found the right light but also replaced the old one and realizing it was more than just a dead light, she also check the fuses and discovered that was the problem. Maya went above and beyond in her helpfulness.

The guys at Supercheap Narre Warren are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure you get what you are after. Very knowledgeable in all aspects. Well done.

The Manager Peter is so rude everytime with customers and or even with his own employees. Sure don't wanna go there again.

This is my go to shop for my D. I. Y automotive needs. It's not a large shop but has a good selection of products. If they don't have it on hand they are happy to order it in for you. The staff are great, a very helpful bunch.
