Terrible customer service. The guy who was working today was very disrespectful and arrogant.

Let me start by saying this is not store specific.
I attempted to place an online order during the boxing day sale. There was an issue with the online payment service both credit card and paypal would not work. I reached out to SCA to advise of the issue and work out how to proceed with the boxing day sale discount. The customer service rep come back with ridiculous reply's and basically said, oh well too bad! I also reached out to SCA via email and got no response. Ill never shop at SCA again.

I went in to see if they could change my break light and i got the most wonderful service from chauntelle, very knowledgeable and non judgmental. Thanks again chauntelle

Vee and Rea (i hope the spelling was right) were fantastic, great customer service and workmanship. PS bonus points for repping Beyond Blue at the counter. Thank you

Scott was friendly and professional in changing my car battery. He was happy to answer any questions to the point and without getting too technical. He also spent some time tweaking the terminal to clamp it back in securely as it was damaged from previous battery installations.

Excellent customer service - Mithun in service desk went above my expectations to get my requests sorted for my payment and billing. Supercheap is my first choice for all my auto purchases now on!

Like any super cheap there isn't enough staff around the store. 2 at the counter is good but staff roming the isles would be appreciated

One of them was a specialist item that had to be ordered, found an option 30% less than base part

This review is for Supercheap Auto Maribyrnong Store.

Well, this is the second time and let me tell you more. The first time was back to years since it happened when the store was moved to a new location which is the current location and the store manager was decided to promote most of store's products and I can't remember exactly but about 10 or 15% off due to the store just moved to a new location and wanted some attention from clients, sounds good right?

Therefore, I jumped in and grab some items with exited and those things costed me hundreds of dollars however, when I went to checkout, paid for them, went back to my car and read the receipt, again I can't remember all of what were those item's regular prices I've just purchase but I recognized some items are charged at a regular price despite they were on sales because those items I was frequently used to buy them at Supercheap Auto so I knew their prices.

Hence I came back to the store with the receipt on hand and asked a lady in mid-aged (looked to me she was the store's manager if I was right) and she said those items are on special bla-bla.with a bit angry face and you know what? I was turned my back and walked away. You know, I have my rights to refund but I didn't do that because I needed them anyway.

Nevermore I stayed away from this store for many years as I have many other choices, the other Sunshine store, Autobarn, Repco, Sparebox etc.although the MARIBYRNONG store is closer to my place.

Anyway, the second time was a few days ago and I was thinking the store manager may have changed the way they serves customers so I came back for a try. Actually I was wrong! This time the advertisement says 'Any two 150g can of auto spray paint for $21.99 (regular price is: $14.99 each) ' so I picked 2 metallic dark red.

The next day I came back and said that I don't used them both and wanted to exchange 1 can to metallic black instead. This time a young man were served me, so he asked me to sign up a refund form, I said to him that I don't want to refund, I just want to exchange. He said to me 'we have to do the refund first and then do the exchange' so I signed up the form, then he asked me for $4 extra and I said: 'What? ' he said: '$4 differences because the black is not on sales' but the advertisement doesn't says 'only red is on sales and the rest were not'. I instantly know this young man were smart a$$. I paid for it anyway and turned away as I really don't want to argued with anyone but HEY! Store managers and staff $4 can't save your business.

So the final message is: 'Customers are contributing money to your pocket, so takes care of your customers! '

I got there clueless and the lovely staff selected the correct wipers I needed and installed them on my car (in the rain). I am eternally grateful, your service was lovely. (Saturday 13/03 @ 3 PM)

Needed tailgate struts for my Ford station wagon. Called a few car places including Bursons and Repco. Started at 59.95 and purchased for approx 33.00 from supercheap. Both Sunshine and Maribyrnong were super helpful and seriously half the price for exact item else where.

They were going to charge me for replacing the wiper blade that it takes only 5 seconds and it always free with supercheap shops, walked away and went to a different supercheap branch at Yarraville, really nice staff, great welcoming and so helpful.
Overall can't blame on any other staff at Maribyrnong branch, just the girl that I dealt with yesterday wasn't professional enough.
