Walked into the Ringwood store around 10am, had the selected roofracks fully installed less than 2hrs later.
The girl who helped me (Anika?) was trult outstanding, listened to what I was after, and made suitable recommendations accordingly. When it looked like it would be a tricky part to get she was not deterred, and really impressed me with her high levels of customer service. She then rang around to get the part installed, despite this being something many people would have just told me me to "use the numbers on the website ". Really really impressed.

Saw a grateful posting online regarding two of your guys who delayed closing to rescue someone with a flickering oil light, an hour from home! Many, many locals now know where to go for auto bits and pieces!

Staff are friendly and all knowledgeable, could ask anyone for help and receive good recommendations from seat covers to parts and lubricants for my car! Good store, always clean, organised and easy to navigate.

What’s worse than the overpriced stock you can buy for 50% cheaper pretty much anywhere else you go…. Is the rude customer service… not sure if it’s just me or if the staff here have had a huge cut to their pay and are absolutely miserable but every time I come here, every staff member i have spoken to has been so rude to me! One of the younger girls nearly had me in tears because she went off at me for pressing a button on the keyboard for paint to be mixed up, she was screaming at me telling me I’d have to pay for it, and that it’s a couple thousand dollars for the computer to be replaced because I’ve ‘somehow’ broken it. (she restarted it and it worked again perfectly)

(I pressed the arrow down key twice as she had walked away from me without saying anything for over a few minutes and I assumed I had to search for the code myself)

Honestly… don’t go here.don’t waste your time, your money or your dignity (lol)

Hire some more mature aged staff… not kids.

Because supercheap auto has the best deals as your system is fantastic, especially with the bonus funds we get on our membership card brings me back to shop more often

Went to buy a dash cam last week, 5 people in the store and not one was willing to help. Finally one employee half heartedly came over to help but confessed he didn't know much about dash cams.left the store and ordered it on Amazon.

Not going back.

Fabulous service from Anna at this Supercheap! I needed a complete replacement of headlight bulbs, access to the bulbs in my vehicle was a real pain. Anna persisted with the job despite the looming closing time, and got me the best price for the service as well. Very highly recommended! A new customer gained by the store.

Needed a lawn mower battery. Provided refund on a charger and price matched the battery and took the old battery of my hands

Talk about fast! Purchased online, took off in my lunchbreak to pick up 25mins later and it was ready and waiting and I still had time to fight traffic and have lunch! Loved the friendly & efficient service!

I was so impressed with the service I received from Kristian at this store. He took great care replacing my wiper blades and explaining the process to help me in future. Proper service like that is so rare these days but it will 100% keep me coming back to this Supercheap Auto store! Thank you.

Brought wrong item instore via eftpos. Waited over a week for a refund. What is this? The dark ages?

Needed a specific battery for my car and they had it in stock where others had to order it in. Click and collect, had it within the hour.

The weekend staff are very helpful and their product knowledge is awesome. However I went there today (Monday) and found the opposite. All the staff ignored me and when I asked a question she answered rudely and walked away. I eventually found the paint I wanted at Bunnings.
