Supercheap Auto

I've always received great service at SuperCheap Auto (Hoppers Crossing branch), and my last visit there on Saturday (week before Christmas 2023) was no different.
They even installed the part I bought from them into my car which for me is always a fantastic bonus and saves me having to do it myself.

They do not even deserve one star for customer service. The girl on Reception told me to wait for half an hour for the mechanic, after 45 mins we asked again, the girl rudely said to us you can come tomorrow we are not sure when the mechanic will come. I have no idea which company allows more than 45 mins lunch break.they do not value the customer's time.

Poor service.would not recommend.

Jono was friendly, pleasant and clearly extremely knowledgeable. He provided amazing service for my old merc and a asset to the team at Supercheap.

Best option they is that you book whatever needed online and pay for it and just go pick it up.saves you the hassle of going in looking around in different isles for what you need.

There was a queue today coz the guy at the front of the line had some issues with his card or something. And line quickly grew longer, but it took the second person in the register area a very long time to even realise she should open another register instead of standing there and pretending to do something. Guy next in the line just put his stuff down and walked out, and then only something clicked and she quickly opened a register. Rather poor service that one register is open and the second person is standing there staring. Otherwise, they're usually ok at this store on most days

Firstly, I love how there are so many women working in this store, in what is very much a male-dominated industry. I have been to both SCA and Repco stores where there wasn't a single woman to be found, and have been treated patronisingly by the male staff at times.
Zoe helped me out with new wiper blades and a headlight globe, and competently fitted both for me on the spot. She was also friendly, reassuring, and didn't make me feel like an idiot for needing help with the fitment. Would highly recommend:)

Staff don’t know anything, they just watching moviee.

Had my headlight and tail light replaced here. You can buy the product cheap and they fit it for you for free. Had a very pleasant experience, thank you to the team at Supercheap Hoppers.

My husband and I were very impressed by all the lovely ladies working at SCA, they helped us pick up the supplies we needed for our car. Very impressed! Keep up the good work girls. We were glad we stopped at this store during our road trip.

Giid range and prices. Friendly staff and a clean and tidy store. Parking is easy and plentiful.

The worst service I was waiting there for 15 minutes and I couldn’t get any help all the girls have no experience with the products

So many options in car care products, managed to get what I needed. Staff was quite welcoming too.

Tried calling this store just now. First time it rang out no answer. Second time a girl finally answered and I enquired about a product. She said hang on I’ll put you through to spare parts. The whole bloody shop is spare parts. If she doesn’t know what she’s selling what is she doing there.

Returning an unusable item and trying to get a refund was the most horrific experience ever. Ping Pong service between SCA and the bank. No one can even confirm this has been processed even with a confirmation slip. SCA customer support is impossible to reach, I waited for 2 hours on the phone (not joking) and no help at all. I've never received my refunds. Never again with SCA thanks.

Had to do a click and collect during lockdown. It took longer than we thought it would, but happy to get what we needed.
