Bought some window wipers and the young lady that served us was kind enough to fit them on.

Super friendly, knowledgable and helpful team, even after I'd selected the wrong size, having been sure I knew the correct size, only to find I was wrong, once I'd gotten home to fit them. Recommend them highly.

I went to Supercheap Auto as I needed the brake light globe replaced. Matthew was really helpful. He was able to locate the correct globe and also explained to me how to replace it. Fantastic customer service.

Too high fitments prices at this branch store please go to the another supercheap store and disappointed from the salespersons.

The store itself is fine however it is almost impossible to get a car park at this store.
I have tried 3 times over the last few days and no spots available even after waiting for 30 mins - will have to go to another store.

I bought some touch up paint for the colour code on my car. The guy mixed it up in the store. It didn't match. I took it back and they said they couldn't fix it, couldn't replace it, couldn't refund it. All with a massive smirk. Go elsewhere.

Got the parts that were close enough to what I needed.weird exchange with staff but great value. 1 and a half thumbs up

I needed a quick fix for my 2014 Cruze, the Coolant temperature sensor. Very quick turnaround and fluids in store. Great service.

The 2 girls working on the tills on 4/10/22 we're amazing! One helped assist me to size up some window shades on my car, the other let my little boy play with some toy cars behind the till while I shopped. I hope they're there next time.

Needed some advice on using clay bar as I've never done it before. Was helped by a short blonde woman who was talking about her own experience with using clay bar doing her Ute. She had great product knowledge, plenty of do's and dont's about the process and was overall very helpful. She also provided great advice about cleaning/detailing the interior of the car and advised me about some good products to use. Keep up the good work!

Terrible Service, staff are more focused joking around with each other instead of helping people in store.
I was looking around for 20 minutes and not one staff member approached me asking for assistance.

Great experience getting the car wipers replaced and received invaluable help on cleaning an ex-smoker car. Great staff even when busy, you just have to be patient.

I purchased a Century Battery for my 4WD near the end of 2020. Been fine for nearly all that time until last week. Car was sitting idle for 2 weeks. No reason for the battery to fail. But it did. I took it back to the store of purchase and without any long winded questions or problems the team there replaced it, no problemo. It does lay under to the 36 month warranty. But no hassles what so ever. I am a regular at Maribyrnong store since I moved, yet these guys looked after me very, very well. Thank you SC Auto. That is why I am a loyal member and customer. My Windshield wiper detached from car and was lost - the team in this store found the correct single replacement and even attached it to my car in under 5 minutes. What a great team and service A+

Had my car battery replaced. Called them up and was told to come down. Dealt with George who was extremely helpful. Would happily come back again
