Super Rack

Bought the 10 head cattle yard and ramp. Good price, communication and prompt delivery. Looks good, have to see how it goes after some use. Thanks.

Easy online transaction, very helpful staff when I picked up the 4.5m racking, easy to assemble once you get the trick of it (and I'm 70+ and I did it alone!). If I needed more racking for my garage, I'd certainly go to Super Rack for it.

Good prices, strong garage shelving and easy pick up as they come disassembled.
A no-brainer over Bunnings or the sorts.

Their price was good for factory shelving. The 200kg per shelf seems slightly optimistic, but they were light, fairly well made for Chinese origin, easy to assemble and work well for light and medium weight items.

Decent quality Garage racks, disappointing that the prices are more expensive for the same product compared to a few months ago.

Great supplier of pallet racking. We store over 2000kg / level and no bending to be seen. Very solid

Ready to deal with, needed some rack shelving and they had tonnes of stock and got it in no time.

Nice and easy pickup. Solid unit. My shelve had a sad part and they changed it for a happy part within 24 hours. Very prosperous.

I was a little fish in a big sea of commercial trucks that were collecting large orders of heavy duty racks & shelves, but Super Rack staff treated me like a king! They hauled out the heavy duty workstation box and put it in the back of my little Outlander for me (it barely fit!). All staff were fast, friendly and efficient. I opened the 72kg box while it was still inside the car at home and remove each part separately, but assembly was fast and only required a mallet. Tons of tall storage space, a deep workbench & built like a brick sh.well, you know. Thanks Super Rack!

A great sign of a good business is how they respond to a client complaint. So I have updated my star rating.

I am very happy that this company had handled my complaint perfectly well.

After the owner responded to me Stephanie contacted me and generously offered a number of options that were more than satisfactory. She referred me to Veyron.

This morning I went out to their warehouse again and Veyron was extremely helpful. I was able to get most of the components for the 2 Racks I wanted.

They are back ordering the other components for me and I shall return in 3 weeks to pick up the balance.

I have received a response to my 1 Star rating from the owner to contact customer services for a hopeful remedy.

I really appreciate the quick response a sign of an owner who cares about his business. ***** 5 stars to the owner.

I will be back in touch after a resolution and I will be happy to reconsider my one star rating.

They Look like they have very good 5 Star products but with a 1 star Client Empathy, a pity.

Late last week I rang Superack and enquired about the rack I was interested in. Their racks were the same as I purchased many years ago from another source and I want more to match.

I told them I lived in Regional Victoria 200kn away and was coming to Melbourne on Tuesday.

I was told that there was plenty of stock of the rack I was interested in.

On visiting their premises today in Boundary Rd the salesman who served me was not very helpful.
Their premise was over 80km out of my way. I was told by the salesman that they were out of stock. They also told me they were very popular. They told me they have the racks in store but they were secured by others.

(A store person was very helpful in measuring my vehicle and bringing a piece to see whether it would fit in my small wagon ***** 5 Stars for him, thank you)

The salesman suggested I pay now to secure the rack when they get more. I asked if these were such in demand why they didn’t ask me to pay and secure one over the phone when I rang last week. Besides I live in Regional Victoria and its a long way to go and 5-6 hour return trip.

Now I understand that you can’t always predict demand and in the Covid environment predictable, adequate smooth supply is not guaranteed.

It was my plan to purchase more of these racks, but.

But just to dismiss me and not offer any other options was very disappointing, considering the distance I had travelled and the information I was given.
