Purchased a new Kubota 1.7 through super groups from Richard Haynes.
Hands down the worst service or purchase experience I have ever encountered. I had a discussion with Shane Anderson about the poor level of service prior to delivery and it only got worse from there.
Left with machine, no hand over, no keys, log book or accessories for a week after original delivery date.
If you want something that resembles customer service avoid super groups Hallam.

We have purchased a dozen machines from Super Groups in the past few years. We also have all the machines serviced at Super Groups. Their service and workmanship has been consistently outstanding. The machines are great and the team has always been friendly and helpful. We are happy customers and we cannot recommend them more.

Where do I start! I have a SVL 75 Kubota posi track that had a unique hydrolic problem, had a mechanic look at it a hydrolic specialist and still didn’t get the problem fixed. I then called the guys a super group and even know they were very busy being the last week of the year before Xmas the guys still accommodated us, they picked the machine up in the afternoon next morning the fault was found and problem was fixed and delivered back to my yard so I can get the machine back to work with minimal down time.highly recommend supergroups
