Shane got back to me shortly after I requested a quote and asked for pictures of the carpet so he could assess the job. He gave honest feedback about the age and condition of the carpet and set expectations of what would be the most likely result. When he finished the job it was astounding how well the very soiled carpet areas came up, and I am more than happy with the outcome, his service and professional approach. Could not recommend this man's approach and quality of work highly enough. His cleaning equipment is top class. Don't go past this company

Our pup had left a strong odour in the carpet due to training and it became unbearable. He came and gave us a few options on how to rectify the situation. He was honest and professional in his approach, replacing underaly and cleaning the carpet. The result is amazing. A week has gone by and my husband nor I can small pet odour what so ever. We are so happy to recommend Superclean to all of our friends and family.

Shane was prompt and courteous but I wasn't happy with the clean. My carpets still had dirt marks that I was told were most likely stains. Shane returned and sprayed with a chemical which lightened but still looked dirty. I ended up cleaning myself with water and mild soap which took the marks out completely. Not satisfied with the job especially for the amount paid.

Had a wonderful experience with Shane. He was very quick to respond to our enquiry and offered a number of different time slots. Very professional service, Shane was very thorough and meticulous. We are thrilled with how our couch came up after the clean! Highly recommend Shane.

On the whole, the work was well done. Unfortunately, the company would not take responsibility for the damage caused to my 3 internal doors. The guy was friendly & helpful until challenged about the damage & refuses to fix it. This is based on work done in Melboutne & is not a scam.

Shane recently came out to help with some cat pee issues, having moved into a new home our cat went bonkers during lockdown and made a smelly mess.
The living room was unusable.
Shane came in and did a wonderful job, not only did he clean and deodorise the carpet but he replaced the carpet underlay. All in about an hour and a half.
He is my Christmas miracle.
