Super Bowl Pho & Bun Bo Hue reviews
63Went for lunch on Saturday the 16/12/23, grilled pork chop was good. Special Beef BBH- not authentic at all- have been coming here for years.broth was just hot water and added meats. Extra fish sauce and chilli added- broth still tasted very bland! Asked for tea/ water.was very poor/ slow service by waitresses. Informed the cashier at payment that food quality and taste of bbh is no longer same today for what Super Bowl is known for!
Have been eating this pho for years.
The new owners believe we should enjoy the new addition of human hairs in all dishes. I informed the owner who shrugged it off but apologised. We visited a further 2 times but the problem got worse and we all ended up with food poisoning - check out pics below - damn shame
Beef noodle soup is very delicious, rich, chewy noodles, full topping: rolls, pork sausage, meat. This is probably the place that sells the best beef noodle soup I've ever eaten.
2023 September…
chillie water as soup base. No longer the BBH it once was. Tried 2 times
2017…
Always reliable BBH! Consistent despite the price hike.
The food here is very delicious, the restaurant space is clean, and the service staff is open.
Pho Super Bowl is an absolute gem when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine. From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
To start our a key culinary adventure, we couldn't resist ordering the Salt and Pepper Crispy Chicken Wings. These delectable wings were perfectly seasoned, boasting a crispy exterior that gave way to tender, juicy meat. The flavors danced on our taste buds, leaving us craving for more.
Moving on to the main course, we opted for the Grilled Chicken Medium and the Sliced Beef and Brisket Pho. The Grilled Chicken was a true delight, with its succulent and perfectly charred meat. The flavors were well-balanced, and the chicken remained incredibly moist. It was a dish that showcased the skillful mastery of the chefs.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the Sliced Beef and Brisket Pho. This aromatic rice noodle soup, which is the national dish of Vietnam, was a revelation. The broth was rich, fragrant, and packed with layers of flavor. The tender slices of beef and brisket melted in our mouths, while the fresh herbs and bean sprouts added a refreshing touch. It was a bowl of pure comfort and satisfaction.
What truly sets Pho Super Bowl apart is the emphasis on freshness in their cuisine. Each dish was prepared with care, using high-quality ingredients that showcased the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. The portions were generous, ensuring that we left with satisfied appetites.
The service at Pho Super Bowl was exceptional, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to assist. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining.
Pho Super Bowl is a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic Vietnamese dining experience. The Salt and Pepper Crispy Chicken Wings, Grilled Chicken Medium, and Sliced Beef and Brisket Pho were all outstanding, showcasing the freshness, healthiness, and lightness that Vietnamese cuisine is renowned for. With its warm hospitality and delicious offerings, Pho Super Bowl has undoubtedly earned its place as a top destination for Vietnamese food lovers.
The last 4 times iv visited, there has been a hair every single time which is such a shame as I have been coming for a long time. My partners last visit also gave her bad food poisoning, Will not be returning anytime soon as my experience here is getting worse
The BBH is to die for! Spicy enough to warm me up during a cold winter day, and so incredibly flavourful!
I ordered 2 beef noodle soup through Uder, and i cannot believe there were so many HAIRS in the tendons. Also, some of those hairs were floating on the soup. Tbh it was so disgusting. I had to throw out the whole soup.
Wouldn’t order again.
A quick lunch spot. BBH was tasty, lots of meat but not blood jelly today - said they couldn't get it from the butcher

The pho was great and we ordered a super bowl to share and felt it was great value. It ticked all the boxes we want from a pho restaurant. Basic but tasty pho at a decent price. Wish we live close by so we can go more often.
Came in on a Saturday night, suprised this place wasn’t busier. Very well priced, great portions/meat in the pho and awesome entrees! The main guy I assume was the owner explained most the entrees to us and was very friendly and patient with us in ordering. 10 minutes to get the entrees 20 minutes (total) for the mains. Would recommend for anyone in the area to stop in and check it out!
Delicious BBH but somethings occurred in the last two years. Smaller portions but higher prices?
This is the place to go to when you want comforting, hearty pho and bun bo hue! The spring rolls were crunchy and flavourful. The beef combination pho broth has depth although a little bit more of the “combination” would’ve made it perfect! The bun bo hue didn’t disappoint, spice and flavour galore! We’ll be back!
Waited 30 minutes for a bowl of bun bo hue. The store was not that busy. About 60% filled. Good food.
Great food and service.
Reasonable price.
Happy with every dish that ordered.
Highly recommended to anyone and will definitely come back again!
Love the rice paper roll!
Very packed most days during rush hour. The spring rolls are okay but the fish sauce made a lot of difference. The bun Bo hue is quite good, spicy but the broth doesn't have that deep flavour you would expect. The grilled chicken was the star for us, grilled juicy perfection and the sauce although salty goes really well.

Been eating here for years, great family business for family people. Food consistently tasty and portion size fantastic.
This is the best quality Pho that you can get in Melbourne. The ingredients are fresh and every single dish is tasty. All of the staff have a kind disposition to them and are happy to help.
I highly recommend this restaurant, it’s so underrated for what it is. I guarantee you’ll be a regular just like me.
