The staff were lovely, one bloke in particular was excellent with the kids (dark hair with beard), he interacted and gave them fist bumps and still enforced rules etc.was really helpful and my boys were really impressed with him.

The staff were amazing, and had a good energy. The space was great and every inch had something fun and different. Loved the rock climbing!

I took my two kids (3 and 6) to this on a busy Saturday afternoon. We went later in the afternoon, and it was busy to start with but quieted down in our second half of the session. My kids (and I) thoroughly enjoyed it, and the staff were lovely and played ball with my kids. It was an amazing experience and my kids have already asked to return.

I had my son's 4th birthday here over the weekend. He and his friends had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave. The staff were wonderful and fantastic with the kids. We'll definitely be back:)

They were short staffed with back to back birthday's and they did an amazing job! Emma was our party person and she did an amazing job organising the 14 children around the play areas and sorting out the food! The patience that woman has is outstanding! I will be recommending birthday parties there to all my mum friends! Great experience! Kids had a blast!

The kids had so much fun! So many awesome activities to do. The young guy helping the kids on the rock wall was an absolute champion, showed so much kindness and encouragement to the kids and made their experience an epic one! Definitely be coming back again and again and again!

My kids and I all loved it. Apart from there not being enough tables for us to sit and eat at initially, everything was great. It was disappointing that some people placed their belongings at tables and then went off to use the activities meaning others who had food and drinks had nowhere to sit. This obviously was of no fault of the centre so it has no impacted my opinion of the centre.
The staff, although young were fantastic. They were polite and pleasant to deal with and super helpful and knowledgeable about everything I had questions about or needed help with.

I will certainly be returning and will recommend the centre to all of my friends with children.

We timed it right and the boys had the run of the place. The staff were friendly and helpful when one of the boys hurt themselves.

We love bounce, always clean, staff are always friendly and helpful! We love heading there during the holidays to use bucket loads of energy in a safe environment

Food was disgusting and don't get me started on the filthy toilets and tables. Not good, Zest pit of germs and staff to busy socialising with each other to lift a finger to clean.

Good value for money and the assistant manager, (I think her name was Carissa?) was a wonderful advocate for your centre. She made our visit extra special.

Great place to take the kids on a hot summer afternoon.
Very friendly staff and lots of different areas for the kids to play.

My children loved it, they wore themselves out, got to try new activities and even my littlest (3) was able to enjoy the same activities her older brothers and sisters were enjoying.the staff were helpful and kind, though perhaps not as invested in the patrons as they could have been.though there were helpful when you could find them, and they did keep a general eye on things.

Staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Kids had an absolute blast and slept well that night. Thank you very much team, only issue was one hr was not long enough.

Great open space.the instructors made the experience special for the kids. Loved the dodgeball. Venue is airy, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Great options at the cafe - ice cream was a hit!

Attended Bounce on the weekend, I had 2 free passes as I get rewards as a member, the harness' have been replaced with new harness' and the climbing safety straps appear new. There was lots of staff visible to help kids get in and out of harness' and to clip on the climbing safely straps.

Everything and the main thing that kids enjoyed and had alot of fun.

Took 2 grandkids, they had a great 2 hour session. Staff were visible, friendly and helpful. Purchased some food to eat but only problem was there are not enough tables. I had a chair so used my lap but the kids had to sit on the ground to eat. Not that it bothered them….

My grandkids had a 2 hour session and loved it. The staff were very pleasant and obliging. Great spot to take kids. A great venue.

My kids always love visiting Bounce Wodonga - my teen son and his friends love using the trampolines and the tramp wall, shooting hoops, and climbing
