I was so surprised of the Customer service by the Supagas Sunshine. Maree and Aaron and other lady were so kind, respectful and helpful.

Is was my first time experience with dryice. They helped me to find a right bag for the dry ice, gave me a special gloves and served me even through I was a bit late.

A huge thank you to Shannon and Tracey from SupaGas in Sunshine, who were extremely helpful regarding the dry ice we were wanting to purchase but had very minimal knowledge of. Shannon went above and beyond and gave us an insulated bag to store the dry ice which saved us a lot of running around. Appreciate your help guys!

I called up yesterday to try organise an account and it couldn’t have been easier.
I needed Argon in a g size bottle and
From the first phone call I made to them it took 1hr for me to pick up the bottle.
Robin the fella i spoke to was amazing to deal with. And the prices were amazing!

For more than 3 weeks, I have been calling about the days of replacing the gas Cylinders and every time it will arrive tomorrow, and until now, nothing has arrived!

the customer service here has been terrible, they never answer their phones, and never return messages literally need to ring them dozens of times before someone finally answers, IF YOU ARE UNDER STAFFED LIKE YOU KEEP SAYING, THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Honestly pathetic service.

Got a bottle oxygen from them a while back. We have paid your invoice 909834 for a total of seven times and you are still sending us invoice with occuring interest. Literally enough is enough. See you in court if you want to debt collect us. We have no interest and time even bother try to call you again and you can do whatever you want with your invoice. We paid it so many times and we are sick of teaching you how to do reconciliation if your accounts team is so uneducated and clueless.

Posted on behalf of my husband: I have been a long term customer of Sugagas Sunshine and have now closed my account. Four months ago I had extreme difficulty getting gas delivered - no-one cared! When the drive eventually came, he was rude; said that I was lucky to be gettng it at all. I repeatedly asked for someone in authority to call me and that still hasn't happened. The manager needs replacing! So now I've switched to Speed Gas - they are great and I highly recommend them!

I have to agree with the other 1-star posts. Decade plus long-time customer. Atrocious service. Supagas delivered a defective oxygen cylinder in March, did replace it the next day but have continued to insist we pay for defective cylinder. They don't answer their phones, never respond to voicemail, never respond to emails (even marketing emails) and if you try to visit them to sort out account a security guard tells you to get back in your car. I handed him a document explaining our issues and asked him to hand it in to office. No response in person just an email saying they've cut off supply to us completely.

This site has had issues for months now with no improvement in sight. Can't commit to delivery times, don't answer the phones, and don't reply to messages, that's if you can leave one at all as their mailboxes are consistently full. I understand being busy but if you cannot manage your customer base on the staff you have, get more staff!

They don't answer their phones nor check messages. Order was put in two weeks ago, still nothing. You'll be better off using a broken manual bike tyre pump for your commercial needs.

Consistantly have to ring and wait for customer service. Don't try ordering online as even if you do, they don't get the order, or don't deliver on time.
Endlessly waiting for someone to get back to you, or their maibox is always full.
No message on their website to advise customers on delays.
Their customer service is "no customer service"!
Come on Supagas and do what you say you can do. Deliver on time.

Not responsible and always causes the order to be delayed.
Worst company to do business with. Avoid doing business with this company. There is no customer service at all. You are placed on hold for an extended period of time, and no one bothers to respond to messages. I've been waiting for my delivery for two weeks. Three times they said your delivery manifest, but no delivery.

2 weeks in and still unable to drive 5 mins down the road to do swaps for us.our forklift has no choice but to run on petrol which is quite hazardous being in a warehouse environment, but who cares? Supagas sunshine 100% dont care

Worst experience ever. I totally understand lots of companies short staff, however that is not an excuse of cutting off customers phone calls again again and again, being put on hold for 15 minuets and left aside, cut off, call again cut off and again. Placed order from Monday last week which scheduled delivery on last Thursday, however, no one had ever contracted me, and nothing arriving, I have to call them to trace up, and promised and nothing happening. This is probably the last time I would call. Bye bye!

Stay away from this Company! More than a month that waiting for the gas and Sunshine Brunch never pick up the call. End up with all return and close account. Recommended BOC, which a bit costly but not ruin your business and no stress!

This company is an actual joke! Constantly missing delivery deadlines if they attend at all. Website states they open at 8am which is a lie, its now 8.30am and the gates are shut and good luck trying to get them on the phone, no answer on the main phone number and messages are full of what I can only imagine is disgruntled customers. If you value your company stay far away from Supagas as they simply do not care about their customers. This is the last straw, will be going elsewhere for our gas needs from now on.

If there is a 0 star rating i would give them a 0 star review.
I’ve been dealing with them for the past 8months.they saying next day delivery, but my bottles always delivered 1-2weeks after i made an order.definitely ruined my business, especially for my foodtruck.whenever i called and they keep saying will be delivered tomorrow until another week, and i ordered 5x bottles they delivered only 4 bottles.imagine im running a foodtruck business without gas for 2 weeks? And keep buying small gas botlle from the servo?
how can my business survived with this company.
