Michelle (Somerton) was so patient with us as we learnt to navigate the medical oxygen device. Michelle was able to answer questions and was clear when providing instruction. Even Melissa in the call centre was extremely helpful. Clearly all trained professionals! Highly recommended.

Michelle (Somerton branch) delivered, set up and explained my mothers home oxygen. She went above and beyond to explain how it all worked and explained everything clearly. Nothing was a bother and she was so re assuring and supportive to my elderly mother. Absolutely the single-most useless gas supply company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. IF you can through to them on the phone it's like you've won lotto but DO NOT dream that you are actually going to get your order. Far from the next day delivery they promote their operations team can take days if not weeks to deliver. If you have ANY other option I strongly suggest using them.

Ordered a 45kg gas bottle on friday to deliver after 12.pm as our factory open only Tuesdays and thursdays after 12 pm.they promised to deliver on Tuesday and we didn't receive until 3.30 and when I call them they said driver has massive jobs and has to push it to the next day.factory is working till late night and we need heating Gas bottle today.who ever answered telephone from dandenong is useless.her answer is "we understand that
you ordered but we cannot do it" very irresponsible this office staff.

Never have I seen such poor customer service. No return phone call, no response to written complaint. Very disappointing, I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I guess my costume is no longer important.
This is a sure way to lose good customers. Bye

Called late on Friday for 2 new oxy-acetylene bottles for a red-hot job on Saturday. Rob, Joanne and the team made it happen within a few hours. Easy to deal with from woe to go

Fast service and great price. Collin was very helpful in delivery and installation, which was a welcome change from our previous supplier. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Gary came yesterday and showed me how to operate my oxygen cylinders. He was very thorough and made me do everything twice so he was sure I understood both using a current cylinder and setting up a new one. He also helped me reconsider the location of a portable concentrator and the cylinder as backup in the event of a power failure. Outstanding at his job.
