Absolutely gone downhill.

When we signed up years ago we were assured of next day delivery.

The past few months each promised delivery has been missed and we’ve had to call to chase up when the bottles are coming.

The recent scheduled delivery was missed again and when we queried this we were told “we don’t do next day deliveries - we’ll deliver when someone is free. Bye”.

What a disgrace.

I have been calling For more than 3 weeks to replace the gas Cylinder and every time I’m told that it will arrive tomorrow, and until now, nothing has arrived!

the customer service here has been terrible, they never answer their phones, and never return messages literally need to ring them dozens of times before someone finally answers, IF YOU ARE UNDER STAFFED LIKE YOU KEEP SAYING, THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Honestly pathetic service.

STAY CLEAR! Atrocious customer service!
Stopped using them after failed promises of deliveries - affecting the performance of my company.
Even after all the bottles were collected (weeks after I requested them to be picked) they are still charging me for bottle rental on bottles that have been collected.after constant ringing them and being hung up on multiple times the problem is still not resolved.
I would advise stay well clear of this company.

Complete waste of my time. Can't organize delivery on time for a regular weekly business customer who has been suffering with them for years. Then can't collect empty bottles when we cancel using supplier, even after 5 months. Then waste my time chasing for rental payment on bottles you can't collect!

So i waited 5 weeks for my gas bottle each time delivery time no show so i ended up cancelling my account. That was 3 weeks ago still waiting for empty to be picked up. When i rang she said oh it was booked in for last thursday. No show. The staff at thornton need custoner service retraining rudest staff ever. If they havent picked it up in a week its going to the tip. Cant get a bottled delivered cant get an empty picked up

We have been a customer for over 7 years and have found that the customer service and ordering was great. Over the last couple of months the Dandenong Branch has turned sour and we refuse to deal with them again and have taken our business else where.

Extremely unprofessional and rude stuff and trouble Services

I’ve asked for swap a faulty cylinder after two weeks being late they gave us another faulty cylinder and we called them to Replace it ASAP as our Forklift stopped on the road and we had to move 20 plates of Timber

They told us, we can’t help you today Bye.

I don’t Recommend Supagas at all.

Absolutely disappointment.
We have been with supagas since 2018, we ordered gas bottles for our forklift. The last two services were terrible, we have to contact their customer service everyday to chase the delivery for about two weeks, and every day we were told the same thing, “short of staff, we will deliver today ”, and the next day, still no delivery. We waited for about two weeks for a gas bottle. We tried to order another one last Monday, and it’s been ten days, nobody came. I have to borrow a gas bottle from my neighbour.

It’s absolutely ridiculous, and in fact we are in Dandenong South, only about 20mins away. Imagine if they can’t even provide prompt service to businesses in the same suburb, how can they deliver on time for other customers?

I have been a long term customer of supagas purchasing mainly refrigerants and nitrogen. My last couple of dealings have been less than satisfactory. Staff will quote prices on the phone and then a different amount is invoiced out, it's always difficult to get onto someone to get this sorted out, I would now always recommend you get a written quote if you continue doing business with supagas so you don't get shafted.

On top of getting incorrect pricing, products are often not delivered the next day or picked up when booked and sometimes the incorrect items are sent out.

Customer service at Supagas has declined to a point now where we won't be purchasing anymore gas products.

I'm still waiting on a call back today regarding another incorrectly priced invoice which is more than double the quoted amount. I doubt I'll be getting a call back and until it's sorted out, the invoice will remain unpaid.

It's an extremely disappointing service and it's no wonder I have had 5 new account managers over a short period of time.

My suburb is serviced on a Friday & everytime I book a gas refill they fail to show up & leave my family all weekend without hot water & heating.

On the 24th August I called Super gas to supply 2 gas bottles to my cabin I spoke to Toni Ganaban the service that I received from Toni was A1 very professional and her happy and cheerful demeanour over the phone is just fantastic thanks again Toni

I highly recommend due to the high customer service.
My area is the Clyde North and I was always delighted to see the driver dropping my helium tank. Very professional and always with a smile on his face. Well done.

I have Mark as my contact for supagas and when I got home one night last week I could smell a gas leak (which is responsible for running my heating, cooking and hot water) I called Mark and he came out the following day, called me with the problem and a couple of solutions then returned the following morning to fix it for me. I’m really impressed with the customer service and dedication. Thank you Mark

Tony from supagas your amazing, from time i called up to setup an account to the actual delivery of the bottles the experience has been mind blowing and very helpful, i had a few questions and they got answered super quickly, i was able to send through my compliance certificate and was scheduled for delivery the next day! Highly recommend Dandenong branch, Once again Highly Recommended!

Keeps sending me bills even though I haven't lived at the address for 6 months. Even after a phone call, they still can't get it right. Incompetent company. Whats the point of contacting you, I already did and you could not get it right, I am not calling twice. Resolve my issue? I dont have an issue, you have an issue with someone who cant do their job properly

This is worst for customer service as hang up on us and even do not care for regularly customer like us. They should come to exchange gas bottle every two weeks but they did not do until we called to order but they are not help at all. If they come on time and do good job how can we have to call place order, as we know how much we use every fortnight.
I do not want to deal with branch any more.

An visiting overseas family members oxygen converter was failing, so I rang Supagas and got put on to Kay Tebby, after a few emails for doctors letter, she organised a rental oxygen converter to be delivered with in a couple of hours of the first phone call. This is amazing service, I would like to thank Kay for organising it and Tania for delivering it so fast. It's wonderful to find people with such compassion.
