Monica from Supagas is amazing. Her customer service and follow up is exceptional. Our helium needs were looked after quickly and efficiently.

Can't speak highly enough. The ordering ordering system is very easy and delivery time is always very prompt. Monica Atkins has been extremely helpful and couldn't ask for better customer service.

I have Mark as my contact person for Supagas (Who I just left a review for on the Supagas Dandenong website sorry Dandenong) and when I got home from work one night last week I could smell gas (which runs some of our heating, some of our cooking and as I found out, my hot water!). I called Mark that night and he came out the next day, found the problem, called me and offered a couple of different solutions. He then returned the following morning to fix the problem while I was at work. I really appreciated this level of customer service and dedication, thank you Mark

I came into the Bayswater store after having a bad experience years ago at another super gas store. The staff at Bayswater are so friendly and knowledgeable. Rachael helped me choose the right products for what I needed to do, she spoke to me in a way that made me feel so much better about asking for help. Thank you to all the staff and a special thank you to Rachael for restoring my trust in asking staff for help with my projects. I will continue to come into this particular store.

Highly recommend this store & staff. Called in yesterday to get new gas bottles for motorhome & I think his name was Dave very kindly helped fit them & demonstrated safety tips & gave great peace if mind that it's was operational. A complete gentlemen to help out a lady. Support this store they deserve the business. Thank you Supagas, I'll spread the positive word in the RV world.

Our Company has been using Supagas for our gas supplies, for our workshop and our work vehicles for many years. Friendly staff and quality gas as well as the price is very reasonable.

Horrible communication

Changed my Hose and Broke my Gas Regulator.

Won't claim responsibility and not willing to pay for what they have broken.

Doesnt understand basic business ethics.
'If you break it, you fix it'

Extremely disappointed and it caused big disruptions to my business.

Eventually i was promised a Credit to my account of which STILL hasn't been applied.

Steer clear.
I reccomend you choose an alternative Gas Provider.

Very efficient and friendly folk. I can't say enough nice things about them, they really helped when I had a bottle that was past it's prime and replaced it. Good quality gas too.
