The most outstanding experience for me was their honest effort to go above and beyond in helping to solve your lighting needs. Twice we walked in and twice the personal service was exceptional.
As of today you can buy online fittings easily, but there is something special to seeing them working. And they are working really hard just trying to help us to find the right lights and make us happy, not just trying to make sales and earn money. Another great reason to visit is that really easy to park your car, right in front of the store, also the staffs help me to carrying all the lights from the store to my car, again, great service!

Absolutely lovely, Supalighting is one of the best lighting shop I have been to in Melbourne, I am so in love with my new table lamp right now, I could look at it all day long, I even shut my curtains down and turn it on at day time, it looks absolutely beautiful. The lady staff who work there (by the way, very patient and friendly) suggested me to go with this party bulb after I described what I want in my room, I wasn’t sure if that’s a thing but this lamp that the lady suggested is exactly what I want! It’s gorgeous. The staffs really trying to help you as much as possible, they know what type of lights will fitting in with area and what kind of style will goes well with your place. They are not just trying to get you to buy stuff, they want you to buy the right things and makes you enjoy as well. The owners are very talented and experienced salesman. Overall, very very very nice service!

We arrived at the store to look at some outdoor lights and we had a conversation about some of the other things we were doing around home and they was able to help us with the most recommended products based on the store's experience with returns and warranty claims, helped us understand what to look for in different products and what was popular style wise. Highly recommend.
