We cannot speak highly enough of everyone we interacted with at Supa Group for the renovation to our home. Steve's design work, Michael in contracts, Lyn in accounts and of course Neil leading it all! Furthermore, each of the trades that came through were outstanding: professional and friendly. At every stage, the team made the process easy!

Most of all, we are so grateful to Braidon Marshall who was our building supervisor. Braidon was extremely responsive, patient, thoughtful and generous. He really knows his stuff, and when any curve balls popped up (e.g. Existing issues in our fairly old house), he was able to trouble shoot and problem solve to find perfect solutions. Braidon ensured that if we had any questions at all, we could reach out and he would answer quickly and honestly. We can not thank Braidon enough for all of his work; we feel so lucky to have had him as the building supervisor for this project.

Thanks Supa Group for such a great experience. We were very nervous entering our renovation, but our supervisor, Dennis, was great and always had our best interest at heart. Did we have any issues.yes, a small one, but they communicated it well and fixed it promptly. Our home life has changed dramatically and we couldn't be happier with our Ivanhoe renovation, the quality of the build and the after-service we have received.

I recently had a renovation done on my house by SupaGroup, and while the beginning stages of consulting, design, contract and planning were great, the experience went downhill once construction began. The communication was lacking, and it was frustrating to have to constantly chase up for updates. False promises were made on multiple occasions, and it seemed like they were not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes.

For example, water and lights were left running after hour during construction, and when we informed them about it, they tried to blame it on our neighbor. We were promised a general cleaning of the house after the handover, but they never followed through with this, and ignored our emails, messages, and calls about it. We found holes in the walls, garbage both inside and outside the house, and worst of all, sharp nails and screws left on the floor and in the backyard. Thankfully, no one was hurt.

We were also promised that they would fill up all the floor holes from removing the old heater, but only some of the holes were filled and the work was done poorly. We ended up having to get the floor installer to redo the work.

While we understand that mistakes happen and there are things that cannot be controlled, such as COVID or material delays, there is no excuse for poor communication. We escalated these issues to the director and the office, but received no response or explanation.

Overall, while the beginning stages were great, the poor communication and lack of responsibility for mistakes made the experience with SupaGroup a negative one. I hope they can improve their communication and take responsibility for their mistakes in the future.

Supa Group were great at adding a second storey and moving our kitchen.
Our site manager, Braidon, checked in regularly on the work quality and progress as well as making sure we were happy and there were no issues.
The workers were punctual and always approachable when I had questions and accommodating to on the spot changes if required.
The CEO, Neil, checked in regularly as well, and is still doing so after work has been completed.
Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the build that was completed in the timeline provided.

We had an extremely seamless and enjoyable experience with Supa Group and have been thoroughly enjoying utilising our new space.

As is to be expected with any project of this scale and size, there are bound to be hiccups, challenges and surprises, but the team weathered the storm with professionalism and a 'can do' attitude with a focus on resolving any issues and always working towards a positive outcome.

I would like to personally say thank you to our Designer Ray, he was our first main contact at Supa Group and assisted us in designing a space that fit out needs and our budget and was able to answer all our curly questions! Not to mention he came up with a design that fit seamlessly with the existing façade of our home.

A mention also for Michael D and Matt for answering all of our queries, helping us navigate terms, contracts and managing our expectations. No question was too tricky or silly, and no query went unanswered. On top of that, response times were impeccable!

Lynn in accounts was always a joy to deal with, if an invoice or payment was missed, she always alerted us in a friendly and warm manner and was always happy to provide documentation to help with our grant application process. Thank you!

Scott and Michael have helped keep the project and trades on track, following up issues, deliverables and all the nuances in between!
Scott has been an absolute standout for us, I have made hundreds of calls to him throughout this process, starting straight after the initial meet and greet right up until the last day. He has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, followed up on issues from minute to major and always followed through ensuring that we were happy with the outcomes. We cannot sing his praise enough, and feel very grateful that we had him as our supervisor!

Lastly, Neil - the owner would touch base and was available to us throughout the build. We received an amazing level of service and attentiveness from the Supa Group team and it is clear that this culture is driven from the top down.

We have, and will continue to sing Supa Groups praises to anyone who asks and we cannot thank them enough for making this entire process enjoyable, relatively stress free and one that we would happily undertake again.

We are so thrilled with our much larger and way more comfortable new home, thanks to the wonderful team at Supagroup.
Every interaction that we had with the team, from the design stage to build completion, was positive.
Our designer Ray, listened closely and patiently to our needs and designed a home incorporating all of our "must haves".
The build stage was
a little longer than expected, due to all the COVID lock downs. Supagroup ensured that we were always kept up to date regarding the government's ever changing COVID requirements.
Additionally the Director Neil, sent us a lovely gift to cheer us up due to the unavoidable delays. Neil is a true professional who breathes customer satisfaction and is also incredibly kind.
And then, there was our project manager Dennis.we were so lucky to have him in our team. Dennis is amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Dennis made sure that any issue was fixed as quickly as possible and that everything was completed to schedule- as much as humanly possible during a pandemic in Melbourne!
We absolutely love our new home. The kids now have the space to run around and create more mess!
We have had such a positive experience with the Supagroup team and have already referred the company to others who are planning to extend.

We have had an outstanding experience with SupaGroup, from the inital consultation with Joe Caputi who was very knowledgeable and came up with a fantastic design, Maree Pauchnik in the office to bring the design to life in 3D was amazing to see, the entrie project managed by Braidon Marshall without delays, Braidon was very responsive and always gave constant updates, Michael Lombardi providing experience and knowledge to the project, Michael Dalgleish was responsive and open and transparent with the contracts and variations (if required), Lyn Mantinieks help with all the office work for payments etc.and a big thanks to all the team at SupaGroup.
Highly recommend SupaGroup and would definately use them for future projects.

We are beyond thrilled with our experience with Supa Group Constructions. From the beginning stages of planning to the building of our extension throughout Covid pandemic it was a smooth and successful process. In less than six months we had a second story with the study, parent retreat and ensuite bathroom. The quality of the build is exceptional. Dennis our builder was great at communicating every stage and his drive for excellence means we have a beautiful space to live in. Neighbours have also commented on how seamlessly the build has fit into the existing property.

We contacted Supa Group based on the reviews others had given. The designer Lee came to our house and spent longer than anyone else looking at options and came up with the most innovative design for the staircase placement. This led us to go with them for the build. COVID definitely made things more challenging, including not being able to meet regularly with our supervisor Scott, but when any issues arose Scott and Supa Group were very responsive all the way through the process. We now have a terrific second storey extension and renovation that was built on-time and that we love. We got an independent builder to check the work and he gave it all the thumbs up. Supa Group made the effort to ensure that our final outcome was a good one.

We chose Supa Group to perform an extension and makeover on our home. From the first visit by Joe, we were left very impressed and soon after found ourselves working with various designs. Supa Group looked after everything for us and were always very approachable and on hand with any queries we had.
Our site supervisor Braidon made sure the ball kept rolling and that we were comfortable whilst we lived in the property as long as we could.
It’s been a few years now and the excellent quality of works and products used really shows.
We still touch base with Supa Group today which just showed how much they care post completion!

We did a ground floor extension with Supa Group Constructions; the process went smoothly and we are extremely happy with the result! Everyone we dealth with - from the Director, Designer, Site Supervisor, to the carpenter, electrician, plumbers and the guys who carted away the rubbish - were professional, skilled, helpful, and genuinely nice people to deal with. The build ran on shedule (even during covid), the team accommodated little change requests without issue, and they delivered us a quality extension, which we absolutely love and enjoy every day. We've no hesitation recommending Supa Group. If you're considering an extension, definitely give them a call.

We found Supa Group online, and the reviews gave us the confidence to make contact. The designer, Steve, was the nicest person to work with and exemplified our ideas with a design that met our budget, while also improving amenity. When we proceeded with the build, the building team worked well and never cut corners, even while working under Covid restrictions. The new extension not only rejuvenated our old weatherboard house but has also retained it's charm. We would highly recommend the Supa Group for any extension project.

From start to finish the consultation was great. Didn't push us into what they wanted, but actually pointed out how things could be improved as we went through the design process. The build itself was flawless. We engaged our own window, kitchen and floor company, but the coordination from Supa Group was also there. Whilst being our responsibility, they stepped in when needed, to help clarify or direct. Amazing job. We're doing upstairs next with these guys.

Supa Group were fantastic - right from the first visit from Joe. He was well prepared and designed a great extension and renovation of the existing house. Our input and ideas were all accommodated.
Braidon did an excellent job getting all the work happening - despite roadworks, Covid-19 (including the loooong lock-down) and us living in the house with 2 kids and a dog. No request was too much hassle and we never felt like we were just 'another job'.
The tradies were professional and polite.
The communication with the office was always professional and friendly.
If we were to renovate again we'd use Supa Goup. That said, we don't want to renovate again, we're staying right here!

We built a second floor extension with Supa Group last year and could not be happier. I had made a website enquiry and was suprised to receive a phone call immediately. A meeting was organised with Joe who was very knowledgeable and quickly identified our needs and launched us into the planning phase. We found Joe to be professional and very approachable with a real joy for his work.
After a few months we were finally ready to start our build after meeting our site supervisor Dennis. Dennis was awesome. He dealt with any issues that arose promptly and professionally, and was known to be on our roof fixing leaks in thunderstorms. Dennis ensured that our build ran to schedule and that everything was of a high standard.
I highly recommend Supa Group. We love our new space and would not do anything differently. Our extension has met our needs and is keeping with the style of our house.

I contracted SupaGroup Constructions to put a second level on my Edwardian era single level weatherboard house. 'The brief was to make it look like it belonged to the original house, and to make the most of views of the next door park
The company really embraced the idea, suggesting extra ideas (notched weatherboards etc)
The whole process was stress free and finished well above my expectations, and on time.
Emilio, the site manager, was a pleasure to deal with, and went above and beyond the call of duty.

I won't hesitate in recommending Supagroup to any home owners who are looking to extend their home or in a quandary on whether to move or extend. Supagroup were incredibly helpful in creating a suitable design which met our specification and Budget.

The build was a breeze, we weren't required to move out for any of the build phases and the trades were very professional. Scott was our site supervisor who managed the entire project - Scott was very helpful and onsite most days to keep us informed on the status and so on.

From our perspective, the build was successful and hassle free. We are more than happy with the finished product - Thanks Guys
