Would be great if they sold in smaller packages or offered a variety pack of flavors in smaller sizes so you can get a taste of the different varieties without it taking up so much room in the fridge. But its really a wholesale type business selling to cafe's so I'm just happy that they even sell straight to the public. YUM

Love the Tapioca balls from Sunwide! They are always soft and chewy with the perfect texture. Also, their coconut jellies and popping pearls are the best! Not to mention the range of flavours that they have. Definitely worth a visit to try their products, it is exactly the same as what you would get from Bubble tea stores.

My kids absolutely love their tapioca pearls and agar pearls. For the health of my kids, I have compared the ingredients among their products and the ones from some other supplier, and yes their products are really more natural and healthier. Now my kids can make bubble tea themselves, and it becomes a popular way of socializing. update: second time round not so great: customer service is lacking.non descriptive responses where you don't know what part of your enquiry they're actually responding to. No Hi or no sign off so you don't even know who you're talking to, may be a language barrier issue? Enquired about popping pearls being back in stock and was told one month, purchased less desirable option to know the desired ones are in stock less than a week later? Ignored answering how long they last for once they're opened. No ratio given for syrups.
