Guy who was running the show definitely knew what he was talking about, although he was a little defensive so I have a feeling people arc up at him a bit. I had no idea what type of tiles I needed, but I took a guess, was wrong, and the guy happily helped me identify the right tiles and then swapped them over for me.
Only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is that I submitted a question about which tiles I should get via their online form and didn't get a response at all (hence why I took a guess and drove in).
They've got more types of tiles than you can shake a stick at and are pretty cheap from what I can tell. Overall a pleasant experience.

Best place to find ur old roof tiles. It's the only place where I buy roof paint for a reasonable price.

My mate and I went here because it's the closest supplier to us, and the customer service was downright pathetic right across the board. Not just bad, we're talking shockingly bad. The older guy working there is immediately aggressive, rude and tries to argue with you for no reason, like he wants to pick a fight at random. Not sure if he's trying to run a business or trying to run customers out the door. And the other staff are the same, rude and unhelpful. Really unpleasant mob to deal with. I've seen some lousy customer service in my time but this takes the cake. Will be avoiding this place from here on and going elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same. What a joke

Needed 10 tiles. Brought a tile in and was quickly matched. Transaction was quick and easy.

I have been here a couple of times because they are nearby, and the attitude of the guy serving me is terrible, he is short in his replies like he is not interested in helping and more interested in getting rid of me, unfriendly in his manner doesn't welcome or thank me. Is condescending and basically doesn't have customer service skills, he should not be serving customers because he doesn't, instead he serves himself.

Been coming here for years for supplies and Sam is always friendly and does his best to help. They know their stuff.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Was not helpful at all when i tried to ask him a simple question. When i came to pay, he literally threw the receipt at me. I highly do not recommend this place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst people I have ever had to deal with! They absolutely massacred my roof. Absolutely disgraceful workmanship and they delayed us. They go and find the dirtiest scummiest subcontractors who can’t cut roof tiles straight and now we have a dodgy roof which they refuse to fix. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

I like the old dude who helped me out, very friendly staff, make sure you park your car at the back, there is a big sign point where is the car park

We had roofing repairs done on our investment property. Repairs to the capping and replacement of broken tiles. The whole process was very professional, from meeting Russell, who was on time and supplied photos with the quote. The quote was very reasonable and considering the covid restrictions was done very quickly. After completing the job, more photos were supplied with the invoice.

So many choices of tiles even outdated once can still be found in their secondhand section in affordable prices.

Was very racist and an extremely unpleasant experience. Would not recommend as there are much better Roofing Tiles businesses around the area.

It is especially disturbing that they are able to make such derogatory remarks while running a business. Completely unprofessional.

I bought some roof tiles from this place due to solar panel installation, however later needed to return the tiles as the entire quantity wasn't needed. It was really disappointing when I got told that the tiles cannot be returned. When I pressed on, I got told that they will charge a handling fee of $1 per tile, which to me seemed really absurd since there was less than a minute of handling the tiles as I had parked my car next to the pile where it got loaded from. It was only a small quantity of tiles, and didn't take anymore than 30secs to be loaded.
Unfortunately good business ethics doesn't seem to be valued by this supplier!

Wide collection of used and new roof tiles, pavers and lots of other stuff. Also roof paint and primer available. They also sell pointing gel. Good customer service and plenty of parking spaces.
