Receptionist Katrina is so rude. There is no need to speak down to people. I don't have a hearing impairment. There was no need for her to speak loud and slowly with a condescending voice. I cannot imagine how they get new business when their first point of contact treats potential customers this way.

Called them out for an emergency job in the middle of the night and they arrived within the hour and got the situation under control. Friendly, polite and professional.

Not often would you say this, but from the moment I made the call yesterday and had Kathy assure me their plumbers were honest, decent and professional people to having Andy rock up today and be true to his word - no fuss, no overcharging and straight to the point! After sending through plans for drainage work to be quoted, it took three follow up calls and nearly a week for mark to reply. Mark was also very condescending on the phone due to my lack of knowledge of plumbing processes. I am very much a supporter of small business but with service like this, I will be engaging other plumbers to complete the work.

Sunshine Plumbing have a good team both out on the field and in back office. I really liked Mark's approach of doing things right the first time, especially when he tested our gas appliances once the meter was installed to make sure that everything was working fine and that there was no controversy around how everything was done. I believe he really did care about us as his client and looked out for our best interest. When he wasn't on a particular job, the team he sent out were really professional at what they do and I got along with them really well. Good work team!

So happy with Sunshine Plumbing. I had a tricky job replacing a kitchen tap in a small, constricted space. Andy was very patient and did a great job checking all the little details, and Kathy was amazing during the booking / ordering process of keeping me informed. Thanks guys!

Called this service for replacement of taps in our new property and within half an hour the bloke turned up and sorted it on the fly with an extra tap that I went and got from Bunnings. Ace
