I have been purchasing here since 2017, and day by day, prices are getting expensive here.

If you want to experience worst customer service, go visit this place. The staff at meat counter has zero customer and communication skills. They make you feel like you shouldn't be there.

But the girls in counter they have too much off attitude

This morning I went to buy 2 kilos of goat meat. When I came back home I saw a lot of human hair in meat straight away I went to shop to return it back and acknowledge them of this poor quality. Owner of meat section was soo rude start shooting on me infornt of all the customers like I m wrong and only one with complaint. They checked in meat there were alot of hair but still don’t want acknowledge it.
Please please don’t buy meat from this shop it might lead to food poisoning. Thanks

Very poor. 1 Month ago I asked 4 kilo Beef curry, When I came home, I saw they gave me 2 Kilo lamb and 2 kilo goat curry. I thought it was an error and didn't bother to go report it. Today I asked for 4 whole chicken, make each chicken 4 pcs- into breast piece and leg piece. The guy cut the chicken in a way that the half of the breast piece is attached in the leg piece. Totally disgrace, how we can present it in front of guest?

Pls don’t buy anything from their butchery. Meats are too old and it stinks. Bought 2kg chicken curry pieces from them and came home and opened to cook. Trust me rotten eggs smells better. Tried calling them to report the issue no one answered. Stay away from their butchery.

Poor customer service the staff's are very rude, and bad quality meat. They literally sold me rotten mince. The lady that served was very rude and full of attitude. I personally asked her to cut a lean beef which she did before my eyes then I requested her to minced for me, but instead she gave me really rotten mince, which I found out at home. I threw it away

I just brought 2 pieces of T-bone steak from sunshine quality halal meat. In the display window they had one piece so I requested to cut the fresh 2 pieces. When I open the packet at home I received 2 steak with full of fat n fillet taken off.
I called the shop n complain then butcher replied, "the steak meant to be like that". Was very unprofessional. Adding the photo for future customer.good luck with dishonest business!

To the meat section workers FOR GOD SAKE, have bit of courtesy and learn more about customer service. When a client walks in, all he expects is bit of politeness and a good customer service NOT to handle your silliness and arrogancy.

Bought chicken curry half an hour's minutes ago now that I'm cooking it it's already stink rotten. Definitely not worth buying butchery from this store.

He rubbes his nose with his hand and tried to make my order with his bare hands.

I asked him to wash his hands and he told me that he washed them 5 minutes ago and refused to wash his hands.

Very bad quality meat and bad staff hygiene. Some workers do not use gloves and i have had doubts that the meat is halal certified. Do not buy your meat from here, or this area of Sunshine in general.
