Sunshine Golf Club reviews
38Large open course. Great location. Needs some work on bunkers. Do not recommend hiring clubs here.
Took the kids to mini golf and the facilities were great. Will come back to try the driving range. A nice hidden jewel it seems.
Amazing professional golf and im proud member too.come and enjoy the hills, lakes, restaurant (when available) and the city view from up high.top notch only 20 min from cbd
Great course, shot some of my best scores here. Love the layout and the after round bar and burgers.
It was a pleasure to play here. The layout is great, and the greens and fairways are in fabulous condition.
Only fault is the bunker. Full of pebbles and many bunkers are GUR, while some are sandless. Apart from that fault less
This is a fun course, there are some wonderfully obnoxious water hazards that are very easy to avoid if you are good at golf and remarkably ready to lose a half dozen balls in if you are a slapper like me. The restaurant/cafe is pretty good, I was pleasantly surprised by a good coffee first thing in the morning.
Great course well worth the challenge large fast greens bunkers everywhere. Very open fairways which allows the wind to chase you around the course.
Give it a go especially for the $25 unlimited play after 4pm
Didn't play golf as was here to facilitate a workshop, A good economical venue with friendly service, good food and good price.
Great course, friendly pro shop and clubhouse staff, only criticism is the freeway noise, but not much they can do about that
Great golf course! Very firm underfoot even in the middle of winter. Greens quite fast. Really enjoyed my round here.
Challenging layout but the golf club is obviously strapped for cash. Fairways were getting bare and the whole place looks a bit run down.
Course was good but carts where very dirty, customer service was average need to improve on customer service.
Course is in great condition. Played here very recently and there has been a lot of clearing of trees to really open the course up and make it a real links style course. Some great views back to the city too. Greens were quick and true, just a shame that some players can’t repair their pitch marks. Don’t love the heavy sand in the bunkers, and selfish players don’t even attempt to rake them after their shot. Prevailing winds can make some holes play very long, and an afternoon round brings the setting sun into play on the home stretch. But overall a great course and always a challenge. Staff in the new pro shop are top class too.
A lovely golf course and restaurant with spectacular views of the City centre on a clear day or night. Ample parking provided. It also caters for private and corporate functions.
Very well maintained and a good challenge for amateurs and experienced players alike. Very affordable aswel
Beautiful course. But VERY busy. If your good it's not so bad but for the average player you may feel rushed. Also, for us, there was a comp on so everyone was put on the back 9. So that may have been a factor.
Nice course but needs more upkeep to be rated higher. Eg. Unraked bunkers, unsightly rough areas, etc
