I had a very poor experience with the centre and mediator. I ended up having to resolve disputes not only with my ex-partner but also the centre/mediator. In my view, the mediator I was assigned was negligent and incompetent, although qualified on paper. The centre itself appears to think it is ok to provide a poor level of service as they are a government organisation.
I truly regret not having chosen to go with a different service provider or my lawyer.

They seem fair and understanding, it's just a shame some individuals abuse the services of dispute resolution, constantly playing the victim with using children as the pawn pieces to hurt the other innocent parent involved.
