I did my teeth filling this afternoon. The dentist can speak Chinese. No pain. Very efficiently and effectively. I will go back to there on the next Saturday to do more for my teeth. Emily

I was in a bad pain, I called Sunshine Family Dental Clinic at 5 p.m. When they were ready to close. They waited for me, did the procedure that took almost two hrs, the young female dentist was so nice, and I'd say an expert, I'm pain-free sitting in bed and writing this review. I just can't thank her enough that she was absolutely wonderful. She also recommends other sources that might cost me a lot less money, but her gesture shows that they're all about caring, not about money. I'm recommending this clinic to everyone.

Dr Alex and his nurse were wonderful today. I have always been extremely stressed going to the dentist in the past and especially having to have a wisdom tooth taken out as i did 2.5 hours ago. Today was my 2nd visit to Dr Alex and I must say he was excellent. He explains everything in great detail and I feet totally comfotable and relaxed through the entire experience. I highly recommend Dr Alex as the one of the best Dentists I've ever been too. Thanks to all the friendly staff too

Since my first urgent visit the staff have been very friendly and welcoming. Dentist Dr Alex Ho has made me want to go to the dentist which is a big feat as I can count on 1 hand how many times I've been in my 40 years due to bad experiences. Highly recommend. Very thorough. Family friendly too.

My two kids visit the clinic every six months. The dentists are very professionals, friendly and explaind everything throughly. Highly recommend.

Dr Pearly was outgoing, friendly and very accommodating to my needs. She provides a lot of reassurance, advice and overall professionalism.

I have continually been so impressed with the dentists at sunshine family dental clinic, they were so good to my 7 year old daughter when getting her tooth extraction, she didn't even flinch because of their approach. Vy and Isabel are just AMAZING and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Hands down the best dental practice I've been to in my life. Dr. Alex is very clear with explanations, and is very personable and good with my two kids. He has treated me a few times as well. His colleague, Dr. Isabel was gentle with applying fillings. The place is always clean, and mostly on-time with their appointments with minimal wait periods.
Highly recommended.

About 9 months ago, my daughter had a serious accident. She broke her two front teeth (and lost about 1/3 off each tooth) and her teeth were on the verge of falling out. We rushed her to the nearest dentist, which was Sunshine Family Dental Clinic. It was quite late on a Thursday (with the next day being a public holiday). They were ready to close when we came in. The dentist had to spend about 2 hours working on her teeth, to save them. He put fillings on the teeth and attached braces to her teeth to stop them falling out.

They did an amazing job and we will be forever grateful. Even after all that work, there was still a major risk that she would lose her teeth, but thankfully, they have been saved.

Of course, most importantly was their whole attitude and manner, which helped my daughter get through the whole ordeal without being overly traumatised. They went above and beyond to help us.

I just had whitening done for the first time by Dr Vy and her lovely assistant Mimi. I have to say, I am amazed by the results! Thank you so much Dr Vy for giving me the confidence to smile will definitely be back for more!

The team of doctors and staff here are very friendly, professional and reassuring. Had my teeth cleaning and wisdom teeth consultation by Dr. Alex Ho and assistant Mimi, both provided exceptional help and care. Alex really took his time to explain what is involved, the risks and knowledge regarding jaw and teeth treatment. Receptionist Hieu is very friendly and clear in explaining the services. Overall, 5 stars, at least.

I've recently had 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted at Sunshine Family Dental by DR VY PHAN, and the entire process was very smooth. Prior to getting my wisdom teeth out, I had a check up/consultation, where Dr Phan examined the teeth that I said had been hurting me. She explained why there was pain, the process of extraction, advised me on both the pros and cons of getting my teeth extracted, and let me know what the prices would be should I have chosen to get either one or both my teeth removed.
Upon the day of the extraction Dr Phan once again went over the process to ensure I knew what she would be doing, and was comfortable with everything. She also let me know of anything that could have potentially happened during and after extraction. Dr Phan constantly asked how I was going during the process and the entire process was very efficient. After the extraction she also let me know if there was any pain or questions at all she'd be happy to help.
It's been about one month since my extraction and I have had no problems healing or any other complications. I would have no problems recommending Dr Phan to other friends and family, she's an excellent dentist.

Was told I need 2 root canals and 2 crowns at a cost of $6400. So went to get second opinion and was told this was not necessary at this point. Also whilst being treated the dentist and her assistant proceeded to talk in Asian which I found really rude.got a clean done and felt it was really rushed.when getting a second opinion was told I need a clean and it had only been 1 month. Would not recommend.

First time to dentist in about 10 years, Dr Alex Ho was amazing. Comforting and understanding. Lost a tooth, but i I will never go anywhere else! ;)
