Just walked in to get some help with cards I have got and the girl behind the counter did not want to help. Walked straight back out.

Bad customer service guys, don’t waste your time and go somewhere else

When you’re looking at buying something at $850 (which is already overpriced) you’d expect a bit more customer service skills

One of the best collectables stores I have been to and close to my area. All staff has nice and supportive. I would go there again to get collectables.

They have a unique collection at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone who is into collectables.

They are selling Pokemon singles at grading prices and the cards are not even graded.think you guys need to have another look at your pokemon single prices.ie: they have Charizard V Alternate Art 154/172 BRILLIANT STARS Hyper Rare Full Art Pokemon Card at $500+ you can basically get a PSA 8 to 9 at that price.
Even their cases/box for Vmax Climax or the new set Vstar Universe is at $200+ WHAT the hell. I can get two boxes with that prices PLUS few more boosters with the left over money. Why are you so over price? Like way over prices.

Customer service is absolutely terrible here as well, except to be treated like you know nothing. So rude as well, the guy with the hat. I have never experienced that level of rudeness.

Furthermore if anyone is looking for any type of trading cards Pokemon or Sport cards shop at Cherry Collectable (Melbourne CBD) or TCG Group AU (a store outside of Highpoint) prices are heaps better than this store.

Good store, nice layout and lots of stock in rare/older pokemon cards. A little bit overpriced and a pack I bought from here had some damage but was likely just from their suppliers. Overall good store much easier than buying online if you're willing to pay a little extra.

I used to really like coming to you guys. But selling some trading card booster packs for $8 (which is already high) and then increasing it 2 days later because it’s popular sucks. Will be looking for other independent and local game shops going forward. Around Highpoint alone there’s ‘Legends and Collectables’ and ‘TCG Group AU’ and they don’t pull that stuff. And although not small or as varied, EB Games and Zing are at least consistent.

To the two people working yesterday you were both super lovely and amazing. Being able to share my excitement with you both after I pulled my Japanese Arcanine trainer gallery was amazing. Since that was the card I wanted.

You both immediately placed it in a sleeve and a top loader for me and I can see your passion for this. Also thank you for my little Growlithe freebie. He will be placed in my little album with my other Growlithe and Arcanines.

Sooooo good! Always so nice and ready for a chat! They always have stock for most things! Would come again!

Although some prices are high, this shop is great if you love pokemon cards! Such a variety, it's like a paradise! 10/10 would come back here

Friendly knowledgeable staff always help out my son and I when purchasing cards whether large or small amounts. Always up to chat all things pokemon and more, highly recommend, negative reviews are typical keyboard warriors

I shopped at this store for my very first time the other day, At Highpoint shopping center. The store drew me in straight away. Very quickly i realised the staff have no clue about collectable cards no knowledge nothing. I asked to see the card for condition and he looked at me funny then stuck his fingers into the top loader to pull the card out, when i offered to show him an easy way to do it without jamming your fingers in there he said no and continued. As a seller i know prices, i seen 1 card in particular a $20.00 espeon vmax from the new eevee heroes set and they were selling it for $120 thats 6x more than what it costs. My advice to everyone, Buy online check your prices support local small hobby stores! Why do we need store fronts if online prices are cheaper and we can shop from home.

The new store is located on the bottom level within Highpoint Shopping Centre next to Time Zone. It looks amazing, the layout is clean and bright. The store stocks a wide variety of collectables including pops, trading cards, statues and more. This store will make any collector think twice before walking past.
