Be careful with this place bought faulty product couldn't get a replacement and would not give refund even return just 1hr after purchase.

A while back i purchased some pokemon products with my friend. I remember the product was decently priced and i thought this was odd because their products are normally overpriced. Once we got home, we realised why the boxes were so cheap, it was because the booster packs had been resealed. We thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and open them anyway because we didn't want to drive an hour back. Did not receive one single hit from the boxes. The product was the pokemon champions path special pin collection.

Avoid these guys completely. They talk about wanting to satisfy customers yet are perfectly comfortable selling Jordan base cards worth a few dollars for $25. Shameful.

Awful customer service, very questionable as to whether their stock is all legit and not to mention it is overpriced.

On another note, the amount of defensive and rude replies to the reviews on here from the business is extremely unprofessional and really just shows that they have no idea about customer service.

Customer service is non-existent.
Purchased a Pop! Vinyl figure online. Received a deformed figure that didn't look like the image shown. Got one reply to an email from the owner asking if I'd taken it out of the box. All other attempts to contact them were ignored.

Went into highpoint shop. Selling Pokemon Proxies as genuine. These are FAKE, unsuspecting families purchasing for kids being passed as genuine pokemon cards

Great range of Fast and Furious model cars. Young girl was very friendly and helpful, will be back again! Recommended!

I've been in a couple of times now as I'm new to collecting cards (besides when I was a kid in the 90s).
They answered questions I had and helped me pick boxes to buy (without actually purshing the more expensive boxes on me).

Even said I could come in with some cards so they could help me price them and help me learn a bit more.

Not sure what these 1 star reviews are for, none seem to be specific which makes me think they aren't accurate.

I don't understand some of these reviews.

Barry and his team are some of the most knowledgable people in the POP business.

Always manage to find my grails through Sunshine Collectables and at very fair and just prices.

Even trading in some of my own figures, they made the whole process easy and would 1000% do it again

ATTENTION TRADING CARD COLLECTORS:
Went into their Highpoint store today and my god they are very overpriced. Blaster Boxes being charged at $20-$30 over normal price, packs at double normal retail price. The more expensive the item, the more they are over priced.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE, yes, they have a good variety of Pop Vinyls and Trading cards, but PLEASE do your research before coming here, they are RIP OFFS.

A hidden gem for anime lovers, that I've just recently found by accident. It is full of pops of all sorts, as well as NFL cards and other collectabiles. The workers are very friendly, very willing to help and are knowledgeable about anime pops which I am mostly interested in.

The pops are also slightly cheaper than other stores, I found some exclusive pops which are hard to find but you have to be quick. I'm very happy with my recent purchase, a special edition MHA Endeavour pop which cost less than $20 and in perfect condition.

A great place to go if you want some rarer pops. The standard ones can be slightly cheaper than most other places

Pretty rude, poor customer service. Had chase pops advertised on sale. There were two i was interested in. Before i finalised the purchase decided to take a browse at what else they had. I than noticed the attendant/owner taking to the other and showing the screen while discussing something so discreetly. When i got back to the counter he said only one of the items were for sale and someone had purchased the other. That was a complete lie. Someone forgot to remove the sale price on their website as i called the stone the next day and they said it was still available but the price had changed. Sour taste from these guys and definitely wont be back. Do all my shopping from go Figure or pop cultcha. They guys just seem very greedy.
