I dropped my Ariat jeans In yesterday to Lydia to be taken up, when I picked them up this morning at 9.30 they looked great with the professional hem finish $25 and I was happy with that price. I Will be taking my Pure Western jeans in also I have about 5 pairs as the job was so good. Love sunshine clothing alterations, thank you see you again soon Lydia. Service with a smile

Got two pairs of jeans altered. Lady was initially quite nice, knocking some money off the really expenisve price.

Upon pick up, I tried both pairs on, one pair's legs were uneven.
Lady assured me they were fine, despite being able to clearly see the difference.

I took them off and showed her the clear difference when folded. She became rude and dismissive, readjusted my fold so the legs matched and told me she has done this for 30 years so she knows what she is doing.

I don't think you need any years of experience to tell if a pair of pants legs don't match.

At this point I realised I'd get nowhere, so i left. Will have to get them redone at a different shop.

Don't recommend. Too expensive and if mistake is made they will deny it.

This lady is a scammer. She makes up a new price every time you visit then and charges you a different price when she's done. The service itself is also terrible. I got two pairs of pants tailored around the waist and somehow one came out too small and the other way too big as if she didn't alter it at all.

Came to get my dress altered, queried about the price but then realised it was too expensive. Told the lady that we might check out another place and she demands a $10 service fee for wasting her time? ! We were not told about this service fee beforehand. Such rude customer service, only nice at the beginning

Cannot recommend enough, you will not find a better alteration store anywhere near Sunshine for this quality service and price

Too much attitude and way too expensive the trouser was $15 and she charged simple alteration for $20. Will never go again.

Friendly staff member, quick and excellent service. You can tell that the owner knows what she is doing, very professional and she puts in a lot of care into her work. Price is very cheap for the quality that you're getting.

Never again. I purchased a brand new trouser that’s worth over $200, these people assured they can get it done.
Now my trouser cannot be fixed, they offer no remedy but also was very loud and hostile when I pointed out the problem. Is the second time it had happened out of 3.

Had an alteration done for the missus. Everything was done perfect to size and the cost was reasonable. Will use again in the future.

ZERO STARS! I have taken a brand new jumpsuit to be altered. At the start she said she could alter the dress and it sounded very promising. The next day when I have picked up my clothing the jumpsuit was ruined. She had cut the jumpsuit far beyond what was originally measured. When I tried to explain this to her, she became very rude and abrupt. She denies that this was her fault, I explained that this was a brand new jumpsuit and because she cut it to much it can’t be repaired. I have further looked at my jumpsuit and there was little pin marks which has left frays within the jumpsuit. She has refused to give me a refund even though she has ruined my outfit. As I was talking to the lady another woman had came in with her clothing with issues of the length of her dress that was altered at this store, she was told to come back another day.
I would not recommended this store at all. She has not only ruined a brand new outfit her attitude towards customers is disgusting. She is to money hungry and does not care about quality of work.
