The reason why I'm putting one star is because I just had the most unpleasant appointment in my life with Dr. Vijay Navani. This guy is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever seen. I had the impression to talk to a call centre that kept repeating me about is protocol test and didn't want to listen about what happened, how I felt and the pain I have. He just rush me out in 3 minutes.

Its only when you go elsewhere that you realise how bad they are. Only give one repeat on medication that ive been on for 5 years, elsewhere they give 5 repeats, they are driven by greed. Ladies at the desk are nice, doctors not so.

Staff are rude, wait time is extremely long. Had an appointment at 8.10, doctor decides not to come in until 9 and the clinic don’t bother telling you until you’ve already arrived.
When you have a phone appointment don’t expect a call till the end of the day because your appointment time means nothing they just do them all after the in person appointments but don’t bother to tell you even when you call up before your appointment to pay.

Received a referral from the doctor but they never completed it or sent it through so I had to rebook an appointment for another referral and was charged again even though I explained the situation and the clinic acknowledged the doctor had not done it.

I haven never been treated so disrespectfully before, they seem to give absolutely no care to what people are going through.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Every time I need an appointment, I book via Hot Doc. I don't mind waiting for in-person appointments, but the phone appointments are severely lacking. I can't always get myself to the clinic, so I rely on phone appointments for most things.

Most of the time, the doctor is late to call (which I expect). A few times, I have waited several hours and ended up calling them myself. Most recently, I needed a medical certificate for work. I was not called at all.

I made a new appointment and when I received the call, I was informed "sorry we cannot back date medical certificates", even though it was the clinic's fault I didn't have one on the day I missed.

On even rarer occasions, I have received calls from the clinic whe. I did not make an appointment. Please get your act together.

You cannot get through on the phone as it is impossible the phone diverts to some number and message then you call and it answers only to then disconnect. I just checked live and it says they are not even busy. Most doctors are no longer working at clinic i have no idea why and the reception staff is service is the poorest i jad ever experienced. The clinic has changed so much so that imooking for another clinic now.

Nit sure about the other doctors but Dr. Daniel is one of most kind hearted people ive ever met. Best doctor ive had.

I was desperate to see doctor today as i needed medical attention immediately and all the clinics nearby my place were either closed or fully booked. I found that this clinic opens till 10pm so i called and the receptionist and she was so kind and lovely. Even though they were fully booked, she told i could walk in and got the help i needed. My doctor was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. Every single staff in the clinic was so kind and helpful. I am actually very shocked looking at all the reviews, as my first time in the clinic was very smooth and helpful.

Went to see a j p for them to send me home with no treatment later on that night, end up in the back of an ambulance with pneumonia.

To add to further insult released from hospital Went to the same clinic to try to get some antibiotics to treat my medical condition for them to cancel my appointment twice in a row with no medication whatsoever, thanks again.

Disgusting low life people here. They say if you're on a pension there is NO fee, yet I tried making a appointment for my father who is on a pension, they said it would be a $115.00 fee. WHAT! Stay away from this horrible place. No wonder they have such bad reviews.

Time waster I spoke to one of the doctor for vacsin he said all good (doctor Victor) he call me back told me call the rception I did they said call next week and after 3 weeks make around lady said not available

Today, my mother walked into the centre to receive her high blood pressure tablets, the lady working at the front told my mother to sit down and wait to see the doctor then the lady came back to tell my mother that the doctor could not see her after waiting one hour. My mother’s blood pressure rise to190, which was very high and put my mother in a very dangerous situation. It’s very upsetting because my mother came there to seek help. I’m very disgusted with their behaviour and professionalism of the staff at the front. I’m so upset because this woman threated my mother like she didn’t matter. I’m hoping that this matter is taken seriously and that the involved people receive the appropriate consequence for how they handled the situation. I hope this does not happen to someone else in this matter and is taken seriously. Negligence isn’t covered in your public liability insurance!

Absolutely zero customer service. Appointments over an hour late every time. Rude doctors that clearly don’t care. Time for me to find a new doctors practice.

I'm always surprised by the low ratings given to this medical centre. I saw Dr Danial today and he was the most polite, thorough and empathetic doctor I've ever seen. Each time I have attended, I've had great doctors.

I'd highly recommend this medical centre.

Absolutely disgraceful service. The doctors are often 30 minutes to 1.5 hours late. The reception refuses to contact the doctor or help in any way. No respect for patients or any regard for their time. I've visited this clinic more than 15 times and not once has the doctor seen me on time. If you can't manage your appointments, stop booking them

They charged me a second time to receive my negative blood test results that I already payed for

Don’t ever waste your time and go there. Have to wait hours and hours to be seen by doctors even when you have an appointment. Receptionist don’t have any respect for the patients. Hate hate this place

Dr Dashana Waval is great and fast with getting patients in and out. A lot of Iranian drs here - all great. However I have been here where I've had to wait 1.5hrs.to avoid this issue I just book Dr Waval and usually only wait 20 mins max (have had almost 10 appointments with her)

Amazing people with awesome and great heart. Thanks to every staff member from the bottom of my heart. Nursing and caring of next level. Hats off to you all

Worst experience.did not see properly and just a time pass.never see her again

Not likely recommend this medical centre, if you don’t have 2-3 hours to wait. Very poor time management, I have book 6: 20pm phone appointment just to get my results because I don’t have time to come, until 9: 20pm I had to come in and still have to wait.
