WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD
I’m not one to write reviews, however I can’t help this one because it was so bad.
The lady I had was so rough and so fast, with no technique at all. She rubbed a small stone roller over my body and pinched my skin for one hour, repeating the same motions. Wish I had read the reviews before I went. I see one year ago in the reviews they will work on their professionalism, sad to say I don’t think it’s changed. It was terrible, annd I told the owner she wasn’t very good annd he didn’t seem to care. A total waste of $90.

Best massage I had, was amazing. Deep tissue oil with Hot stone was a very nice experience, effective well on my stiff shoulders and sore back. Will come again for sure. Thank you for your service!

Worst massage I've ever had. No real technique - just rough, rushed, and quite stressful! Not worth even half what they charged me and my friend who came with me and also had the same experience.

Beware - the masseuse used hot rocks (for a couple minutes max) when I had not asked for them… and I was then charged extra the $$ for hot rocks. This also happened to my friend. My massage felt rushed and not relaxing/therapeutic at all.

Not the greatest experience and not worth the money, left feeling disappointed especially because we paid for 2 massages and we both weren’t satisfied.
Really repetitive motions, didn’t seem as though they were educated on technique.
Asked for a relaxation massage and almost felt like deep tissue, they used rocks. Based on one of the reviews here it says they use the rocks on deep tissue we definitely didn’t ask for deep tissue but asked for relaxation.

I guess overall if your looking for a relaxation massage I wouldn’t recommend coming here as through out the whole massage I was in pain and even after telling them softer it was still quite rough!

I throughly enjoy the massages at Sunshine, regardless of which masseuse I have had for my massages. I have found that the quality is consistent and I always leave floating on cloud 9. I have had walk-in appointments but recommend booking on weekends or during school holidays!

Back massage was very weak, didn't help me. Was later in the day so assumed they were tired. People coming in and chatting also made for a poor experience. Can't fault them on their clients though.

**DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC
The level of professionalism and service was astonishingly disappointing and appalling. They were unorganized, and had little to no sense of serviceability, communication and mannerism.

My friend and I booked our appointments well in advance, yet at the booking time they were running late by 15 minutes, and had no records of our requests (i.e, time and type of massage (relaxation/deep tissue). Despite running late, they did not acknowledge my friend and I’s presence nor did they apologize for the delay in our booking time.

When I had gotten up to address our situation, the lady was in the middle of slurping watermelon. While we were waiting for spots to become available, the lady was slurping some other sort of food extremely noisily behind the wooden standing panel. She made no effort to conceal her poor etiquette. She also burped multiple times throughout our time there, and also burped during my massage (and breathed down on me) as she was giving me a head massage.

The other staff also shared poor behavior. They talked noisily between the curtains, and staff kept coming in and out of the curtains, which was extremely unprofessional and was a breach of privacy given that we were naked to our underwear, only half covered by a towel. One staff was also repeatedly coughing.

My massage was rough and rushed, and my masseuse paid little to no attention to detail nor technique.

Absolutely abysmal service - will not be coming here again and I hope this review encourages future customers to steer away from this business. You’ll find value for your money elsewhere.

Got a full body massage with oil. Was nice but did not include the feet nor the stomach even after I had asked for it.

By FAR the best place in Torquay for a massage, they where professional and highly trained, I’m a Beauty therapy trainer and I Couldn’t recommend them more! Very impressed. Thanks for the massage today Tom.

Unfortunately I walked out in more pain than I was when I went in. I like a strong massage but this was way too hard. Actually feel bruised. It felt rushed and was not at all relaxing. Will not be back.

Amazing massage! I had a hour oil massage, it's so relaxing I feel like a new women, and the hot stone, soooooo good. I am so happy I find the right massage shop, (had quite a few bad ones), will be back soon!

I had been to this shop for a couples of times, I would definitely recommend them.the staffs are very friendly and helpful, spot my back problem right away and I feel much better now. If you go there on weekend, it's a good idea to call and book first.
