It's says "walk in clinic" but was told off by both of the receptionists by not booking in an appointment. Disgusted by their attitude. I work in the medical receptionist field myself for over 10 years now and you don't speak to patient in such a rude manner like that. They even have the sign up saying to respect each other but they are not following their values. The doctor however was very thorough in his check up and very helpful. Five stars go to the doctor. Zero star for the receptionist.
What a delightful little clinic. Very professional and knowledgeable doctor. Can highly recommend.
Voicemail on landline unclear, cant hear clearly. As a Manager in a health setting, this is appalling for patients who are hearing impaired or that need clearer sound.
Hit and miss with some general practitioners. This one is a miss the wait is always between 1-2 hours & Dr Milone is outdated was unable to answer any of my questions, how many journals is she reading a week?
