Ravi and the team at Sunrise2Sunrise are 110% the most caring, compassionate and supportive team. I highly recommend Sunrise2Sunrise for families who are looking for tailored support in the disability sector. Brilliant work by Ravi and the team.

As a nurse I deal with many carers and co ordinators. Sunrise2Sunrise would have to be my absolute favourite to work/liase with in regards to clients. They are always empathetic and understanding especially a support co ordinator by the name of Linda (amazing) the way in which they all go about their work is fantastic. The clients are always their number 1 priority. Keep up the fantastic work you all do it is greatly appreciated.

My son has been with sunrise 2 sunrise for a couple months and the worker provided has been amazing! And support coordinator and the rest of the team have not only supported my son by myself personal! Thankyou Tash, Bronte, Amanda, Nish, Melanie and Linda! I appreciate all your help!

Terrible company. Do not use any providers thst recommend as they are all dodgey and useless.

Mum just needed a basic wheelchair to use around the house, that can also go in the car. The terrible OT that they arranged put in a request for a motorised chair, that is too big and clunky to use around the house, and too heavy to transport in a car with a support worker. No doubt just trying to milk the most $ they can from NDIS.

A year later, the solution was to spend more NDIS funding to alter the chair. Its better for around the house, but will be too heavy and complicated for most of the support workers to understand how to fold and put in a car.

Support workers aren't vetted and clearly company doesn't communicate with them. Send workers to help mum that are petrified of dogs.she has a small Maltese dog that lives in the house with her, so they won't enter the house to help her at all. Send cleaners that can't clean, and only rectify after much complaining. Also sending workers that doze off while driving

Try to persuade clients to go through their providers, and then don't follow up with funding, or with the provider to make sure requirements are moving. Resulting in mum using a dangerous broken prosthetic for many months.

Office staff do not know how to communicate clearly, and will completely forget about clients unless complaints are being made.

There was a very damning news story about this company recently, and seeing how they communicate internally, and the poor quality of the support workers they hire, I can see exactly how a horrible situation like this might eventuate.

Were a great company at the beginning, but have clearly grown too fast, and now is all about money - adding low quality staff so they can take on more clients. This results in the quality of service dropping dramatically.

As a support coordinator, working with Sunrise2Sunrise puts my mind at ease because I’m always certain that they’re doing what is best for the participant.

By far the most reliable provider I’ve ever worked with and would feel comfortable putting my loved ones in their care!

Started working with Sunrise2Sunrise Early 2019…And Looking Back All I can Say Is That, Sunrise2Sunrise has become Been My Family. Starting from My Very Humble and Highly Professional Boss Who’s Ravi to The Lovely Clients I’ve worked with over the years and lastly to My Great Colleagues Who I’m always Looking forward To working with them everyday.

Sunrise 2 Sunrise has blown me away by their generosity. I approached them for help with my NDIS plan. Even though I live too far away to use their services, Ravi personally donated his precious time to advocate for me and help me get the best possible outcome at my planning meeting. This is clearly a company that cares and is passionate about disability support and advocacy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliability, integrity and caring in the disability support space.

Ravi, thanks for your valuable time once again. You are a legend!

I have found Sunrise2Sunrise to be okay, have had numerous overcharged weekends away for not only myself but my son and my daughter as well. Our Support Co-Ordinator overcharging and no transparency on any of their charges. After finding this out myself and my children have changed Support Co-Ordination company’s. Only with Sunrise2Sunrise because of the wonderful support workers I have for my kids.

They take pride in looking after the needs of their staff and clients. The office staff are friendly and easy to communicate with.

I have found Ravi - with his organisation Sunrise2sunrise community care - to be a 1 in 1000 great quality person. Ravi is both super humble although also highly intelligent having worked previously as an executive as well as in the disability field. I can genuinely say that anyone can ask Ravi any question or  ask him to adjust their support to their circumstances in any way.
