Super cute BnB. Hosts were lovely, rooms were clean and spotless. There is a very nice large common area and a nice outdoor hot tub for use. Breakfast was fantastic with multiple homemade courses. Easy walk to the beach and a lovely multi-use trail. Close to Mornington wineries. Highly recommend

We found Sunny Side up for our last-minute accommodation down at Rye and arrived at a beautiful property hidden amongst the back streets. Manicured gardens and a warm welcome from our host, with a beautifully decorated shared accommodation consisting of 3 rooms, a lounge, dining and kitchen area, outdoor area and a large outdoor spa which was relaxing after a big afternoon. The bedrooms were gorgeous and comfortable with everything you needed. Then, the next morning, we were treated to a delicious home cooked breakfast and waffles! Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Perfect place to stay. A beautiful room. The Loft. Gorgeous The house has 3 rooms. Two rooms with ensuite and one The Loft with a bathroom at the end of the hallway. Outside there is a spa and somewhere to sit and relax. The greenery is beautiful with all plants named. Colour me impressed!

Nice and clean property, which was great for a 2 day trip down Mornington way, short drive to the Hot Springs. Many positives, including a very clean property (which included a spa), friendly hosts, and a generous three course breakfast.

Wonderful little B&B! Theo and Carine were amazing hosts - great to be able to chat over a love of plants and food - their recommendation for dinner was perfect! Sunny Side Up is a
lovely retreat, the breakfast and coffee were delicious, the beds comfortable and the location is excellent! Will happily stay again next time we're on the Peninsula?

Welcomeing hosts who provided us with delicious home cooked breakfast. The Room we stayed was spacious bright comfortable and very clean. Best if all close to the hot springs, cafes and restaurants.
We will definitely book again in our future trips to Rye.

This delightful bnb was the perfect accommodation for my husband's and my 3 day stay on the peninsula for our honeymoon. The bird suite was spacious, clean, private, and inviting. There was ample space for us to organize our things and relax. The breakfast variety was delicious and nourishing-a perfect way to start the day and get going on the day's adventures. The location is a quiet residential area just a short walk from the main street and the beach. It was easy to do an impromptu walk to get Gelato and walk on the beach in the evening. The couple who run the bnb are very nice and put a personal touch in every aspect of the experience. They even gave us champagne for our honeymoon! We had such a lovely stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Theo and Carine are very warm and inviting and made us feel right at home. Our room and all communal areas were always spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were delicious and had lots of options. Great location close to the beach and shops.

This was my second stay and everything was better than my expectations! So kind and warm hospitality, convenient spot (not far from beach and shops), clean everywhere, beautiful spa and awesome breakfast! I love your “Honest counter” to enjoy good Belgian

Mid-week girls getaway to the hot springs with an overnight stay at this gorgeous B&B. Booked out all three rooms so we had the place to ourselves. Beautiful rooms, spa and a delicious 3 course breakfast. Carine and Theo were fantastic hosts. Highly recommended and will be back.

Carine and Theo were such lovely and accommodating hosts! The location, the facilities, the cooked breakfast, the rooms and the wifi - everything was so perfect! Sunny Side Up B&B was definitely the highlight of our trip:)

Everything about the accomodation Theo and Corine have created is so well thought through, they went above and beyond. We stayed in the sunny suite and it was seriously spotless, a perfect space to unwind and the breakfast is everything the reviews made it out to be. If you’re reading this, we once were as well, and I could not recommend to stay here enough!

Theo and Carine were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. Also very accommodating to our dietary requirements for a beautifully cooked breakfast. The house was immaculate, and our room was spacious and had all necessary amenities. Stunning gardens and private spa on offer. Only a short walk down the street, but in a nice and quiet tucked away back street. We'll definitely be back!

An amazing weekend away for a girls trip and advised by the hosts of good locations/activities that we could do whilst we were there, indulged ourselves and the sunny side up B&B topped it all off with an excellent stay!

Definitely a trip to remember! Went on a girl's trip with my sister and the hosts had excellent service and we had a personal tour and greeting from Molly the cat! The design of the place was aesthetically beautiful and it was super clean and neat. The breakfast and jacuzzi were definitely highlights!

A very charming and modern place. We absolutely loved staying here. Hosts were wonderful, breakfast yummy and location was great, close to the beach and places to eat. Would come back again!
