Bought a fridge and paid $60 to have it delivered and it arrived damaged with a 2cm dent on the front door, as it was a factory second I had throughly inspected the fridge before purchase and would have noticed the dent prior as I had found damage to a freezer drawer to which I had asked for a discount but was refused, unfortunately I did not take photos pre delivery which was a mistake as the dent to the door was new damage and clearly visible on the outside at chest height, I know from the attitude of salesman towards factory seconds this dent would or could be blamed on factory damage but I know it’s not, we will live with it as it’s only cosmetic but it annoys me that someone can be that careless, deliver and Install it and say nothing, I wasn’t present at the time of delivery to be able to point it out, but if I had photo proof I’d be asking for compensation or a refund.

Great service and price. Old fridge broke down on a Saturday afternoon before a large family gathering. Staff organised a quick delivery, installation and removal of the old refrigerator. All for a reason price. Really recommend

Loads of options, all super reasonably priced, AND very helpful and lovely assistance at the store.
And the delivery was just above and beyond! Before I could finish putting my shoes on to help with getting my fridge up the stairs - the fridge was already delivered into my apartment. Incredibly efficient!

Great friendly and helpful service, good selection of kitchen appliances in the shop, fair prices. The delivery was already a day after we bought everything and right on time. We were even helped to get everything upstairs and connect the washing machine to the tap. Definitely recommend!

Don't trust this people.
They promise you a lot but at the end it's just old staff and they don't care about you.

Checked a few secondhand places around Melbourne and found this place most reasonable in price. The fridges were in good condition inside out and very clean. Got a cheap fridge and a dryer as well and they delivered free to Fitzroy. So yes very happy.

Perfect place to buy electronics with alot of ranges. Great customer service and reasonable price will definitely go again
