Great service. Had an issue with our Oasis pool heater. They were out promptly to fix and came at the appointed time. Was not happy with the cost of repair because the virtually new heater part was just out of warranty (and these very expensive machines should not break down after 2 years of operation) but Sunlover took on my concerns, came back to me and waived the cost of the part.

Big thank you to Sunlover for restoring my pool plumbing, pumps and roof top solar heating after our knock down and rebuild of the house. 10/10 for office staff and installation guys. Excellent job.

So friendly, explained everything, then took a look at the sunlover heating and noticed our pool builder didn't install it properly and fixed it for us.now the pool is perfect, the blanket is wonderful, heat pump is so worth it.so happy.nice to have friendly people come out and be truly helpful.thanks

Tim from Sunlovers fitted our solar heating system. Service was first class, with an exceptionally tidy finish. He even fixed up a roof leak! Kids loving the warmer pool already. Highly recommend their business.

Don't think twice for engaging this company. Two biggest solar pool providers in Melbourne try to CON me for repairing bird damaged holes in my pool solar system. Others informed it can't be fixed and required to replace the whole system for couple of holes. Only the "Sunlover Solar Pool Heating Melbourne" informed that self-fixing option available and helped me every step of the way. Rather spending 4K to fix the leak, it only costed me $25. All people doing tough due to COVID-19 and it doesn't mean big companies can rip people. Hat's off for work ethics and wonderful customer services.

We got 3 dehumidifiers for our swim school in Sunbury and 2 in Keilor Park which we are really happy with. The products they have for sale are awesome and we can't recommend the dehumidifiers enough. The products are first class.
But what really sets Sunlover apart is their commitment to your business and the relationship they forge with you as the business owner. If there was another phrase that is a higher praise than first class then I would use it to describe the after sales service Sunlover provides. Our representatives Rohan and Alex were amazing and supported us right through the process of getting the right equipment for the right problem. And I can't speak highly enough of Alex who went out of his way to ensure we got what we and our customers and their kids needed at the swim school for their comfort. Alex was absolutely amazing and such a friendly and respectful person.
We recommend Sunlover to all our swim school colleagues around Victoria and will continue to recommend.

Sunlover after sales attention is first class. Had a problem with a leak and they had a tradesman out within a couple of hours to check and rectify the problem. No "25 questions", try this, try that.just action. Highly recommend for their product and support.
