Very happy with my work pants that were taken up with the cuff at the bottom I am 5ft 1 and they are perfect:)

I have had a few alterations done from these guys, every time they’re on point

You couldn’t even tell they’d been altered. Perfect fitting without compromising design.

Requested for bottom length of my pants to be altered. I asked if possible to pick up the same day as I was really needing my pants the next day, i was told yes you’ll receive a message by 8pm to collect. I’ve waited til then but no text was sent to me, came by the next day and i asked if it was done and was told “we forgotten to do them, we’ll do them now” honestly disappointed!

Came to get a zipper on pants fixed and they took a whole inch off the pants and put a new one on.took a whole week plus cant fit into them now lol

Few years back took a dress there to be shortened - no problems there. This time I dropped off a different item, and let's say the quality could be better. They didn't bother to trim the short ends after sewing, and one of the seams pucker, making the item now look like poor quality. Next time will be going elsewhere.

Expensive and can’t see a straight line. Damaged garment and would not accept responsibility for damage

My mum got her pants hemmed here.
The people were kind and extremely professional in their jobs, and did an excellent job hemming my mums work pants.

The service was quick, efficient, and excellent quality.

I arrived just before quarter to 5pm to drop off a jacket that needed fixing, that I desperately needed the next morning. They assured me it was possible to do and to come back before 5: 30pm as that was closing time. So I walked around the centre to give them as much time to fix what needed fixing. I arrived back at 5: 25pm to see the shop was closed and everyone had left. They had even taken my number and didn’t bother to call me, despite knowing I needed my jacket the next day. If this was the case, I would’ve taken it elsewhere. Now I don’t have my jacket and am very disappointed about the service I received.

It use to be good but no they are busy and not doing job properly got. My trouser ruined as I asked to keep the flare and they cut it. Moreover I paid $18 and the total price of trouser was $25. Won’t recommend.
