I used them to alter my top, lady was super friendly and caring. I asked her if she can replace the zipper of handbag. She fixed it without charging me. I only paid for the top. I will return. 5***** business!

Stay away from this business, it’s a circus. Had 2 pairs of jeans taken in at the legs. Went back to pick them up and the lady started laughing saying she couldn’t remember if she did them or not. Not sure what she did but wasn’t what I asked for, legs were in but flaired at the bottom?
Took them elsewhere to be fixed, waste of time this place!

We used this service in Greensborough for my wedding dress to be hemmed, my son's pants to be tailored and for my daughter's dress to be altered for my wedding.
My daughter was challenging as she was scared of the pinning needle for the alterations! They were so lovely and patient with my little ones and even though we couldn't get all the pinning done for my little girl, they did an absolutely perfect job on all our outfits! So happy and will use this service again. Highly recommend!

2 dresses for alteration - they really did a fabulous job! Reasonable price and extremely happy with the attention to detail and friendly service. Definitely use them again

I asked for my dress to be above the knee but when I tired it on after they altered it it was below my knee do not go there

Had a jumper and shirt brought in at the waist. Very good at what they do, can't fault that at all. Went in and picked up 1.5 hours later. Bit expensive though.

Absolutely brilliant in service quality and seam work. I have used them several time in the past 12 mths. From basic hemming and size alternating to an almost dress rebuild. Every item is of high professional standard and we’ve never been disappointed. It’s worth every dollar spent. You get what you pay for and at sunline you get the best. Been here many times and dont plan to change any time soon. Always get friendly service. There are changing cubicles so you can put on pants etc and the staff will help pin for correct length. Reasonable prices in my experience and I've always been able to get same day service, even an hour or so in down times. Quality of alterations have always been of a very high standard.

I had 4 alterations that were done so badly it destroyed part of the garments. Upon contracting the head office, I was told they could not do anything and I had to travel back to the store which was far away.
The person here argued with me and refused to refund me and after 20mins offered to fix them for free.

She then refused to give me my garments back until I paid for them AGAIN. I reluctantly paid for them, just wanting to get them back. Garments were still badly altered.

I took them to another tailor who described the garments as ''butchered".
Luckily they were able to be fixed.

Their head office refused to respond to any emails I had sent them.

Currently considering legal action and additionally I am in the process of submitting a complaint with the ACCC

Always get my alterations done here, even with a place locally to me, happy to drive 10 minutes
