Unfortunately the after supply service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been waiting nearly a month for a warranty issue and no one replies to my phone calls or messages

They made a appointment to come and quote for solar on our house at 10am. At 11am I message and get the run around. The worker that was ment to come out couldn't make it any more and said they would have someone contact me about another time and 2 weeks later still nothing

We was very pleased with the sungroup consultant John Bartzis he was most knowledgeable re solar panels.
Today we had our solar panels installed the four men came to the house to install them was very friendly and most helpful and they cleaned up after they had finished the job which we were very impressed with. We would highly recommend Sungroup thank you very much.

The total experience was fantastic. From quote by John through applications for government rebates, installation by Michael and follow up from Joan and after sales service from Jack, the whole process was seamless, and smooth. After installation our internet plan changed requiring a reconnection through our new modem. Jack took the time to guide us through this. A great process and experience and I recommend SunGroup Energy unreservedly.

The inquiry experience with SunGroup (NSW State Manager - Michael Rodwaan) was great. The NSW State Manager was punctual with the appointment to consult. He is very knowledgeable about the solar energy market. He was able to articulate the cost and savings numbers with ease. The installers were pleasant and efficient. The installation was completed within 2 days of my signing up. I now look forward to finding out how much I will actually be saving on a quarter to quarter basis.

My dealings with every member of the SunGroup Energy team have been exemplary. Jack was very informative and responsive in getting my system specified and costed; Andy was first-class with his installation work, reliability, and attention to detail, which inspired great confidence in the overall solution. Andy and Jack continued their dedication post installation when sorting through and solving an unusual issue with the App.

I am very happy with Micheal NSW. He was very patient; answered all my questions. Very happy with the service. System was installed within the time frame. They cleaned up after the installation. Micheal came back to my house to see if I was happy and asked if there was anything else I needed. 5 star rating.
