Sunglass Hut Chadstone

I had a fantastic experience shopping for a new pair of sunglasses for my birthday. Jackie provided me with some great advice as to what suited me best and Rijan served me at the counter. Both ladies were so cheerful and willing to help in every way! Will definitely shop again at the Chadstone store

Very rude and dodgy employees and manager. WARNING these people try to steal your information and imply that if you don't give them your information, you won't have warranty.
This is illegal and warranty comes with the product. I am filing a complaint with ACCC about their attempt to fraud people's particular.
And in general they are bunch of rude and indecent sales team with reckless management on top.

Your staff Cynthia knows and can explain very well her products. She is very helpful in making suggestions on what type of glasses is suitable under certain conditions

The sales consultant, was amazing and extremely patient. It’s always hard to choose sunnies but he too the time to understand what I wanted and recommended excellent pairs. Informative and patient, I am definitely coming back to sunglass hut in the future. Well done guys

My friend and I got 2 pairs of sunnies today. Renee and the manager displayed great customer service and were very helpful and patient with our purchases. We felt welcomed and feel extremely satisfied leaving the store. We’ll definitely be making a return again in the future. Great work ladies!

DOWNSTAIRS SHOP: Was here on a Friday afternoon around 3: 30pm. Very horrible customer service, especially the store manager, she is very demanding and rude, did not explain clearly the store discount policy and blamed the customer for not knowing their stores policy. Please stay away people, I almost cried.

Cynthia for Chadstone shopping centre went above and beyond to provide me with nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL costumer service! Absolutely amazing. If she’s not manager, she should well and truly be! There was an youngster at the shop who wasn’t too sure on how to help me on a sunnies exchange and not familiar with the model I was after, well Cynthia took over and not only fixed my problem but has shown the young buck what she was doing, the model I was after and the process to do the exchange under warranty…. Absolutely exemplary.

One of the Sales Consultants gave me Ray Ban Aviator sunglass in Medium size to try out. I liked them and bought a pair. I came back home to find out they gave me extra large-size sunglasses without me knowing. I bought them in some time ago and took out to wear it after 30 days. I can't exchange / return it. Now, I'm stuck with it. Such bad customer service. They should have let me know if they don't have sunglass of my size rather than giving me wrong size sunglasses. ~ One unhappy customer.

Lady who served us made sure to update us with terms and conditions and latest product sales and made sure that we save money and buy an extra pair of glasses at the same time.
She told us about warranties terms and conditions.

Sunglass Hut Chadstone has the best Sunglasses collection of all. We were assisted by Mohit and he was really helpful in suggesting different styles and brands. Would definitely visit this store again.

I shopped on the 2nd of October 2022 and the service was absolutely magnificent, the lady that served me was so polite and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best service I could possibly have. I couldn’t remember her name but please congratulate her for me. I would most definitely go back if I am ever around there again.

Just came from Sydney for a vacation and decided to buy a sunglass. The staff over there was not friendly especially the guy with curly hair. He was rude and not friendly. When you work as a retailer you have to be friendly and nice and you have to smile instead of making faces. Had a bad experience.

I went in store on Sunday to the Chadstone store and can I just say how lucky you are to have a sales assistant as lovely as Mohid! He was super helpful, kind and patient with me and I can see with everyone else as well. Thank you again for the great customer service.

Extremely friendly, warm and helpful team members. They genuinely wanted to help me make a good decision and leave happy I made the right call. No pressure at all. Gave me lots of time, options, suggestions to try on and circle back to as many pairs as I wanted till I was absolutely sure of the perfect pairs!
