I went in last Sunday to return a pair of Ray-ban’s that I bought online and didn’t like the style. I’m not sure of their names, but I was helped by a young woman and man. They were both SO helpful and absolutely lovely. The guy helped me pick out a new pair of sunglasses that I absolutely love, while the young lady processed my refund. I was in and out with no hassles. Awesome customer service and overall a very positive experience! Thanks guys!

10 out of 10 to Naomi from Sunglass Hut in Geelong Westfield. I walked in expecting to be overwhelmed by the amount of choice, but with Naomi and her guidance I quickly narrowed it down to 4 great choices and returned the next day to purchase the first pair she had suggested, a pair of Raybans - which I love! Her customer service was next level amazing, she is a gorgeous girl with a wealth of knowledge who made my shopping experience a breeze. I hope that everyone at Sunglass Hut appreciate Naomi and that she is recognised as one of your best employees.

I had a great experience and felt both girls who attended to me were genuinly interested in my choices and were very pleasant and talkative.

The shop on L1 is affiliated to the one inside Myer. So if you can't find what you;re looking for try the other store. They can order in for you but you have to pay first. Their returns policy is great so no risk.

I had the most horrible experience walking into this store. I was in this store for approximately 30 seconds and the girl did not acknowledge me and was on her phone. When asking about a product she was so clueless and was showing arrogance towards me. If you guys were to give me a free pair of glasses I would not take it. Never coming back. Would rather spend my money else where at David Jones.
