Some of the best customer service! Had a lovely purchase experience however new pair didn’t make it into the box, manager not only sorted but apologised, a rare thing nowadays! Both purchase service and problem solving service were amazing! I would highly recommend - thank you!

I got an assistance from Manae for Prada glasses and she is so helpful and moreover she was keep on assisting me in terms of others things refund and returns was done in few minutes and I would love to appreciate for her work and amazing customer service. I will highly recommend to the GM (General) managers to promote her as a Regional manager so that she can take over and work on werribee Store as well cause my worst experience in Werribee Sunglass hut store, well, that's a different story. She looks after the store very dedicated and her assistant was also quite friendly. Thank you, sunglass hut, for an unbeatable and unforgettable experience.

I got an assistance from Nathan Sambrook for Rayban glasses and he is so helpful and even after the shift he was keep on assisting me and I would love to appreciate for his work and amazing customer service. Is it just me or has Sunglass Hut's range dropped significantly in recent times?
I didn't find anything that really jumped out at me as a must buy, and the very few glasses that made extra discounts applied to them were of even less interest. A shame really, when the Boxing Day sales were in full swing.

Friendly staff that took the time to help me find the right sunnies for my wife’s Xmas present.

What a waste of time it was for me going into the store thinking that they will help with an manufacturing defect on my glasses.
The manager at the store went to good lengths in not providing any help.
Went to another store and got a new pair/ replacement.
I now understand that each store can operate by different rules and hence giving this store 1 star. AVOID AT ALL COST.

This place always has some good deals, but at the same time, it gets crowded. I usually find some good sun glasses from great brands, including Ray Ban and more for a great price here. Staff are very responsive.

The woman on desk at 10: 30 thursday 20/10/22 was amazingly helpful, even though I wasent going to buy she gave me all the information I needed to buy a pair right for me. 10/10 service

Went to sunglass Hut South Wharf, really unprofessional staff and have poor selling service (specially the female staff) Unable to provide any assistance or clear answers while a customer is spending hundreds on a product. Disappointing

Great service! Very helpful in selecting options that was suitable for my liking and comfort and so I was able to purchase an awesome pair of Oakley glasses.

Manager at this store was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me when I wasn’t able to purchase my glasses online due to an IT issue with my gift card. She made sure that I got the glasses I wanted delivered to the store ASAP and that I didn’t miss out on the discount offer. I was greatly satisfied with the customer service. Thanks again!

I went there to buy a specific model which was no there in the store but the store person was patient enough to search it online and order it for me even though I just had the pic and no model number, which is every nice of her and much appreciated.

The lady that helped me was so lovely, efficient and friendly. Also the customer service and policies at sunglasses hut is beyond anything I have experienced in a long time.

We were the last customers before the store closed on the day of our visit at Sunglass Hut, DFO, South wharf and the salesperson who attended to us were very accomodating and very attentive to what we want. She provided us an excellent customer service. We will definitely be back there again if given a chance.

If anyone ever want to buy sunglasses, go to dfo southwharf and see Nadia. She is amazing and best experience ever buying sunglasses.

I had no idea where to start with shapes and sizes for my face when looking at sunglasses, but Jade helped me today to pick the perfect pair! It was pretty busy, but she made plenty of time for me and had the patience to show me many, many pairs, until I fell in love!
