2I had Sunflower Photography do some pics for my business profile a loved the images I got. It was hard to pick the best one for my profile!
We had a photography session with her 40 days ago and she was supposed to deliver us 8 to 10 photos in 10 days with a high quality to be able to print.
- she delivered only 7 photos and not any photo with a changed dress at all
- The photos' quality and resolution is so low that when I zoom in, photos pixels are clear. So not able to print them in large scale.
- she shared one edited photo 10 days after and I told her my edit preferences. However, she edited all others the same as she liked and asked for extra $50 per photo to re edit them!
She finally sent to me 7 photos one month later and when I told her my expectations, she easily blocked me and did n't respond.
Such a poor experience and don't recommend her at all mainly because of being such unprofessional in customer service.
