I have been attending SunDoctors for quite a few years now for my yearly skin consultations (when we weren't in lockdown). I am impressed with the high professionalism, friendliness and care from this place. The specialists here made me feel comfortable and are very professional. I have had a few in-house surgical removals (including biopsies) as well as consultations. Well recommended.
I went today (23/11/23) for a consultation and recommend the friendliness, professionalism and kindness of Dr Kim (Sin Ching) Lee. Administration staff are supportive and kind too!

I have very fair skin and have had cancerous lesions removed. I would highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism and expertise relating to the prevention and treatment of skin conditions.

The Doctors and staff are very friendly and very helpful. They offer professional services and explain what is to happen when a spot/mole is found and this I find reassuring

Expensive, unnecessary procedure and not good result. Skin check seemed ok. 4 spots needed shave biopsy and 3 of them became infected. 3 of the 4 were diagnosed as superficial SCCs. One of the SCCs (which was small) was cut out at another visit there. It too became infected and I have been left with a horrendous big scar still after 12 months. On visiting my normal GP I was advised that as they were superficial they could have been treated by freezing and/or skin cancer cream, thereby not cutting them out, charging more, and being left with a terrible scar. Would not recommend.

Great clinic, Doctors are knowledgeable, they keep you informed if appointments running late (rare) and the practice manager is incredibly helpful. Dr A is so reassuring, takes the worry away.

I've been to a few different skin cancer clinics over the years and I can highly recommend SunDoctors, my whole family have been coming here for a couple of years now and find the doctors very nice and thorough.

Went to get a spot looked at and ended up having it removed. Dr Sarah Sun was professional, and patiently walked through the diagnosis and the procedure involved. The procedure itself was done quickly and painlessly. Definitely highly recommended!

Very poor experience here. The skin check felt very rushed and I was not warned of the out of pocket cost prior to the appointment. I needed my files transferred to another clinic and it was nearly impossible. I called about 5 times over 2 weeks (during business hours) and no one ever answered the phone, returned my voicemails, or emails. Not the worst clinic but I would not recommend it.

Dr. Kim Lee and the administrative staff were very professional with their service from start to finish, i highly recommend this clinic.

I have had multiple skin cancers removed expertly. You can hardly detect the scars. The doctor was at all times professional and gave a full explanation of procedures to be undertaken. Procedures were performed under local with little or no discomfort. I highly recommend the sun doctors!
