Excellent sales and after sales service. I bought a Masport push mower 4 years ago, and it has been great value for money. I've also had various Husqvarna ride on mowers and chainsaws in for servicing and repairs - Christine & Jason know their products, and always provide expert advice that is easy to understand. Highly recommended for sales and service of anything that cuts grass or wood!

Thanks for the amazing service and quick turnaround on the replacement tire for my rider R16 C.

Employee on the Husqvarna rider mower out front of shop Tues 29/9 about 2.00pm needs to be told to wear a mask that complies with the rules.very poor look for a business should be setting good example if u want to be open

Dont trust them especially with the mowers problems none stop and they dont care once you have bought the product very bad

Required a part to get our mower going. Was shown a part, I had my doubts but was told it was exactly the same and it would fit. Gave me a price which was twice as much as an on line store and was told it was because it was made in the US.
Got home, didn’t fit and took it back. With a look of skepticism I was asked why, so I explained why it didn’t fit. Got my money back. My parting comment.showed him, clearly printed on the box ‘Made In China’.
Don’t treat your customers like fools, especially women.

We dropped a $600 whipper snipper in for a repair quote, after a week we were told it would cost $500 for the part plus service, so decided not to go ahead as we’d be better buying a new one. When we picked it up, the spool feed was missing, when we asked for it back we were told it was never on there when it was dropped off. It was definitely on there! These people do not offer good and honest service and we will not be back!

Just want to say how highly l recommend this place. I bought a Murray ride on mower there just under 2 years ago and have regularly had it and other machinery serviced there. Ronnie and the gang are always friendly and professional and have exceeded my expectations every time. Great business and staff!

Poor service. Mower has broken down 3 times in 12 months. Blaming everything but the mower. Spent 6 months in for repairs. Didn't think it was his problem as "he is only the reseller". Also he doesn't want to escalate to distributor as "he wanted to stay in his good books". Don't believe what Jason says. Wouldn't surprise me if he rated his own business. Check out my grass when the mower started falling apart.does this look like something that is safe?
