Sunbury Medical Centre

I have forgotten how many years I have been attending Sunbury Medical Centre but, without any doubt whatsoever, I have always been treated with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy. The care I have received in the past, and continue to receive is second to none. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Practice has gone to the dogs since Dr wood sold it. All the caring staff and drs have left. The last caring beautiful kind dr to leave is Dr A Kumar.irreplaceable, have been patient here for 20yrs, now I am leaving as well transferring to another practice.

If I could give negative I would do it!
We went there on Monday even in the Google and their door show closing at 8 pm but we arrived there at 6 pm and the lady at the counter said we’re closed!
I asked if a nurse can help us have a quick look? She said Nope we’re closed!
She was sooo rude!
because It was emergency I got really deep cut and it was keeping bleeding so bad! They refused to help as human being. Never ever come here again!

Doctor is fabulous. Amanda Wright on time, caring and very thorough, but the 7 week wait is ridiculous.

Booked and made an appointment for the next day online! I didn't wait very long in the waiting room and the Doctor was very caring and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of this medical clinic a very long time and all the doctors are nice and very good at what they do and I am more than happy with them. The reception staff who represent this clinic are rude, passive aggressive and unhelpful whether on the phone or in the clinic they are rude.

Today I witness one of the reception team not help to an elderly lady who walked out upset I was appalled, the Reception team is the face of this clinic and they need to be better at their jobs have some compassion and be helpful your dealing with the sick and venerable people who just need some assistance not attitude!

Dr Haider told me I had skin cancer after looking at a lump on my arm. Said $350 to remove it and get a biopsy. Wasn’t happy with his attitude so went elsewhere. Got it removed at another practice for $80 and the biopsy results came back as not cancer. What type of a doctor tells a patient they have cancer when they don’t even have confirmation. Spent two weeks panicking that I had cancer when there was no need. Pathetic

I have come to Sunbury Medical Centre for the past 5 years. Have found them to be very professional and friendly. Have seen a few doctors and all have been really good, although I now see Dr Pattison who is so gentle, kind and an excellent listener.

The front door was out of action, but no sign on it to warn people. Reception - the middle receptionist was typing something, looked at me and without a word of acknowledgment went back to the typing task. The left hand receptionist then took over and was very efficient. The Doctor visit achieved everything we were looking for.

Staff are pleasant. Doctor I see is lovely. Waiting rooms always clean. Usually not long wait times.

Great consultation with Dr Halliwell. Best Dr, has been very caring to me. Wouldn’t see anyone else.

Everyone is very nice here, reception staff are great, and the medical staff are always extremely nice.

Watse of time an money 82 dollar to tell me my back was fine a rush me out of the room and waited at the text for 5 mintues while the girl had there mother club

Short wait times, friendly helpful reception staff, understanding doctor that helped me. 10/10 would visit again.

Professional, high end services, great staff & a wonderful receptionist that makes you feel so welcome! Great experience at this clinic.

The outstanding medical facility in Sunbury. It's spacious, well air conditioned & with easy parking. It also features a chemist & Pathology service all on the same premises. Best of all are the staff & well equipped treatment rooms. Highly recommended through past experiences.

As confirmed by another reviewer below, Dr Haider is a poor excuse for a doctor, being rude, arrogant and appears to not listen to what you are trying to tell him. He is a classic "what can I not do for you " type of person. Rather that being helpful and caring, he is the exact opposite. He should not be practicing medicine anywhere, avoids him at all costs.

Dr Steph was amazing yesterday when I needed medical help and was not able to sit in emergency for hours. My daughter was able to get an appointment quickly which is a challenge in Sunbury at the moment and they were very understanding.

Dr's are constantly running at least 30-40 minutes late; however, if you run 10 minutes late (and have confirmed your appointment) they cancel on you! Then you reschedule and the Dr can't even show up on time.
Not coming here anymore, and wouldn't recommend for anyone who respects their time.
