I would like to thank Sunbury coaches for their honesty and professionalism in their work.
They found my daughter phone in the bus after she lost it in the way back home from the school camp, after almost two weeks trying to find it.the phone is brand new and not even 6 months ago she had it.
Thanks again and I really appreciate your help.

One of your local bus drivers was tailgating my partners car that I was a passenger of on Vineyard road Sunbury at approximately 11: 45 in the morning on the 25/4/23. My partner was driving at the speed limit and this (menace) bus driver was tailgating so close that we could not even see his headlights. He was wearing a turbin. I pity any passengers safety if this bus driver had to brake suddenly due to his tailgating. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous conduct.

Everytime I catch this bus service it is always late and is always making me miss the train and the people who drive the bus are the rudest people I’ve ever meet I don’t understand how you guys are hiring people who are so rude they interact with the public everyday but are they rudest people you will ever meet please hire better people

Bloody late. As always. Would have been quicker to walk.

Had the misfortune of using you twice in two days. Bloody late both times, 5 minutes each time.and to make it worse, your lateness caused me to miss the 4.56 train to the city. 17 minute wait for the next train. But you don't bloody care about the passengers.

Tha driver on the Melbourne to Albury service 16/2/22 was amazing a very safe driver with a pleasant snd considerate attitude snd her coach smelled clean and fresh and it was comfortable thank you Sunbury Coaches

On Sunday 4th July, I caught a coach with my 3 year old daughter from Bendigo express to Melbourne City (Spencer street) at approximately 2pm.

We had a beautiful female driver by the name of Sue and I have to say what a pleasant experience we had. She made sure my daughter was accommodated well. She stood in the isle and made a face to face announcement. Even that the coach was almost full Sue made sure everyone was ready to go.

During our 2 hour journey it was a spectacular and smooth trip.
5 mins prior to our arrival Sue this time made an announcement through her microphone. At the ended of the announcement she announced her name and from Sunbury Coaches so I hope that I have remembered the correct company. Have say the whole coach of passengers had applaud for her great conduct.

Love to accredit the Sunbury Coaches for a magnificent Coach and Sue for a great professional driver.

Sue picked me up from Ballarat. She is one of best drivers I have ever had and she is amazing, very pleasant, friendly, experienced, so nice to meet her.

We had our Bus Driver, Sue, go above and beyond to cater for our needs. She was polite and accomodating and very friendly. Would highly recommend Sue and the Sunbury Coaches. Thanks for your service!

I would like to thank Sunbury Coaches, especially Sue our driver, for not only exceeding my expectations, but for forever changing my perspective on coach travel.

Yesterday I was a passenger on the 22: 00 coach to Bendigo.

When I found out I had to get a coach instead of the planned train ride, I almost cancelled my trip. My memories of a coach ride as a child, weren’t nice.

I had seen photos online of the coach that would make the journey, so I decided to give it a go. Let me tell anyone reading this who hasn’t been in a coach recently, wow! It was like first class on a plane! Better actually. Modern and clean. Meticulous, immaculate presentation; well done Sunbury.

However, what made the trip so wonderful was Sue. As we started the long drive, Sue explained about the trip, the stops, ETA, the lights, toilet, and even a USB we all had access to; very convenient. Sue seemed nice, approachable. Unlike some drivers.

Half an hour into the trip, I looked around and noticed almost everyone was sleeping It had been a surprisingly smooth ride. Not sure what type of suspension they put in these new coaches, but I am sure our driver definitely had something to do with a coach full of people snoozing. I watched Sue for a while and was impressed how she systematically maneuvered this giant vehicle. Go Girl! Like I said, better than flying first class; so much smoother.

We arrived at Bendigo three minutes earlier than the ETA. I know I wasn’t the only one glad about that.

Sue's driving and professionalism is thoroughly commendable.

I got on a coach from Southern Cross to Melton on Saturday evening.
Lovely coach driver name Sue greeted patrons with a smile and a little banter.

I got off at Melton, jumped in an uber and went home.

I woke to a message in my nessenger from Sue in the morning.
She had found my wallet on the bus, looked me up from my lD.found me on facebook and droped it back to me.

I just wanted to thank her publicly, nice to see old school honesty and values are still alive.
