Sunbury Charcoal Chicken

Placed an order through Uber eats, The order was placed at 5: 30.1 Chicken Schnitz Chips and Gravy, 1 Large Seafood Salad. The order didn't arrive until 7pm. The driver picked the order up at 6: 50pm. That means it took the store 1hr and 20min to prepare a Chicken Snitz chips and gravy. Which were all cold when they got here so more than likely were already warming in the Bains-mairee before the order was placed. The Salad that arrived was a Ceasar salad NOT the Seafood Salad I ordered. I rarely complain but this was just plain lazy. If your going to make customers wait o er an hour for their food at least make sure it's fresh!

New management perfect previous owner arrogant. Food was delicious staff friendly perfect I will now start going back here

Used to be the best chicken shop in Sunbury, unfortunately now under new management and very disappointing. Paid $8.50 for half chicken thats completely tasteless with no flavour or salt.

Chicken was dry and crunchy.chips were cooked in very old oil. Best part of the meal was the can of coke. Never Again.

Chicken tasted old and chips were burnt with no Salt. No salads available. I would suggest heading to that chicken place.

Just love the salads they are always fresh. The potato bake delicious and chicken tender. Always service with a smile.

Have been several times, rather expensive. Potatoe Bake, was still hard and lacked flavour. Roast veg, same problem, carrots hard. Chicken OK, just as good from Coles, and cheaper. All in all not bad. Will be my last shop there. Staff friendly. Poor chap on his own (Mon.) Totally over worked. Ann.

Best Charcoal Chicken around the Sunbury area, without a doubt. Can't fault any of the food, salads, chips, fried food and their Rice pudding are to Die for. Honestly it's a must try for everybody living in the Sunbury area and any passing through.

The chicken is good, no doubt about it but it's the most expensive chicken shop in town. In saying that I would eat there again because it is quality.
