I switched to all creatures after another vet in Sunbury refused to listen to me that my dogs cushings meds were not working and she was getting sicker, which he dismissed. I took her in for a medication review at all creatures, straight away they noticed something was wrong and did emergency ultrasounds. Unfortunately it was found that my beautiful dog had liver cancer and wasn't going to make it to Christmas. The tumours were the size of 3 tennis balls. She was put on pain meds and antinausea medication immediately. 3 weeks later the vets and nurses at all creatures sedated her in the garden as she hated going to the vet and they then let took her in while she passed away. My Sadie never had to know she was at the vet. The nurses and vets didn't rush me to say goodbye. They were so beautiful and lovely. I wouldn't recommend any other vets in Sunbury. They're all truly kind and caring. My only disappointment is that I didn't go there sooner. I may have had longer with my Sadie baby.

Hands down best vet clinic in Melbourne. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and care deeply for their patients. The nurses are all so lovely and helpful and are never too busy to assist you in anyway. I am at the clinic regularly as I have a chronically ill pet and I always leave feeling like I received the best care and at a reasonable price. I do believe my pet would not still be here if it wasn’t for the quality of care I receive EVERY time at Sunbury all creatures. Thank you to everyone there!

I can’t fault the care we were given here. The team saw my cat for a year before we had to put him to sleep and from the first to the last moment they were so genuine, compassionate and gentle. Our boy saw lots of vets during his long life but I can honestly say these were the best ever.

Today being my first time here at All Creatures, my kitten Milo went to his first appointment kitten check up and vaccination, the service was a great experience, vet sarah was great, she gave a little gift, she is really caring, the receptionist was friendly, thank you soo much and Merry Christmas to all.

The best Veterinary Clinic in Sunbury. All staffs are brilliant and attending doctors really have vast knowledge in their field and will not just give you outright prescription, but they will thoroughly check/investigate the issue first and then they will explain the steps or the medicines that is being prescribed. A bit pricey though but worth it. Highly recommend

My Mocha was bitten by a stray can, the staff where wonderful looking after her, got an appointment straight away, she was totally checked over, got treated as necessary and everything was thoroughly explained to me, she was treated with love and respect, we have taken her to this vet since we got her at 12 weeks, highly recommended this vet clinic

They are super gentle and caring with my cat my cat has come from a traumatic beginning 10stars for them

Sunbury all creatures are absolutely fantastic. They have helped us with our dogs over the past few years and honestly couldn't recommend them enough.

Absolutely amazing local vet (we're Sunbury newbies). Took our sheepadoodle puppy for a puppy checkup and was given a lot of information about puppy care by Dr Bridget!
The initial puppy consult was also complimentary, what a pleasant surprise and a great way for us to make All creatures our pup's vet!
Also we enquired about genetic testing for preventative health measures if necessary and although it wasn't something they offered onsite, Dr Bridget said she would research and ask around about such a service. Didn't think too much of it until i received a call from her with a link to a genetic testing company and the recommended test to buy and that she would walk us through the whole process.

It just feels like everything is done with a lot of care and love here, thank you!
