Each time I have been I have found it very relaxing and helpful for relieving pain and tension in my body, correcting it back to its natural form and movement. Gerald is an excellent practitioner, very thorough, intuitive and efficient. Thank you.

My first shiatsu sauna and massage by Gerald Stay at Sunbear has to be the best of many such treatments I have had over the decades. His sensitive and speedy ability to find tension areas and to deal with them with expertise, out ways the other systems and procedures I have experienced.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Gerald for his phenomenal shiatsu! Such intentional work that felt highly skilled. Feeling fabulously relaxed after a 45 min infrared sauna and 90 min Shiatsu massage. Very reasonably priced and well worth every cent! Will be purchasing for gifts and certain to be a regular - thank you again Gerald!:)

Recently had bio-adaptive impulse therapy (SCENAR) mostly to treat my vocal chords after getting laryngitis. I did practice voice rest and other safe voice practices, but I am super impressed with how quick and pain free my recovery was.

I have visited Gerald twice in his Bellfield practice. He gives first class shiatsu, and seems to be a genuinely nice guy as well. I feel like I get his full attention for the entire time, and that in itself is darn hard work to sustain for an hour's time. Specifically, he pays careful attention to what my body is telling him, constantly adjusting his practice to accommodate. This, coupled with his knowledge of shiatsu practice and body functioning makes it so that the work is deep, relaxing and respectful.
